Western Pest Services are super responsive, thorough and professional.

The service guy was good. He knew what he was doing. I thought the price was a little high.

They do a good job. They're very cordial, responsive, and I'm happy with their services.

The service was great. They went over the house very well. I feel much more comfortable having them. They visit regularly but if I have a concern, they will come out. No matter how many visits I have, that is included in the annual charge. They set up monitors throughout the basement. On the next visit they will be checking the monitors to see for activity. They were also very polite and professional.

Their service was fine. They solved the problem.

They do a good job. If we have any problems with anything like yellowjackets, wasps, or ants, they come out at no charge to take care of it. One time, we had mice, and they handled that at no additional charge.

They come out every year and check the house for bugs and they come out if their is any problems. I think they are great.

We've been using them for 10 years. They come out 2-4 times a year. The person we deal with went to the same university that I did. I never see them, when they say they are going to come, they come. I haven't compared prices, I give them the highest ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

They came out about 5 times earlier in the summer; finally on the fifth time they sent a supervisor out and put out a one-way trap in the house to let them out. That took care of it temporarily but the squirrels are back; in fact I had one in the main part of the house; not the attic. When the company representative came back he came back without a trap. The technician went out to his car and talked to the office then came back and said the squirrel might not even go in the trap there is nothing more we can do; then he left. So I went out and got my own trap after chasing the squirrel; finally I opened the front door and he found his way out. If they send me a bill I am not going to pay it and I would love to get rid of them except they have my termite contract. Their prices are excellent but they did not do the job. I will not use them for animal removal again.

The previous owners of our home had carpenter ants, they have just kept up on the service. They also have done terminate inspections on our property. They have not had to do much at my home, they mainly just look around and check for infestation.

I had very good luck with this company. They did an excellent job for me at both my house and at my rental house.

They’ve taken care of all of our insect problems, and we’re satisfied with their service.

I have a home maintenance contract. I like them. The same individual comes back to service our house each time so he is familiar with where the ants are and so on. They are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them.
