The provider diagnosed the issue as a faulty transmission and ordered a replacement part. Then when replacing the transmission he discovered it was a problem with the motor. He gave me the hard truth that it would be more cost effective to simply replace the washing machine. He only charged me for one service call though and was professional throughout.

Mr. Singh provided next day service! when the first provider would not repair my type of dryer. He was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He also removed his shoes when he saw me remove mine.

They emailed me and said they would be here 11/25/14 and they did not show. I called them to see why and they told me that they are no longer doing business with Angie's List and I should call and get my money back.

He informed me that the part was not available.

Mr. Singh at US Appliances was very responsive. We called on Monday, and he arrived on Tuesday to correct the problem. Very professional and responsive. We would definitely use their services again.

Highly recommended! Everything went really well. I called last Thursday to mention that our dishwasher had stopped working. It is a Maytag, and we had had problems with the controls since we moved into this house. All we could do was turn it on or off, and recently even that stopped working. He ordered two parts (the touch pad, and a control box or something), saying that it was probably one of the two parts, and he wanted to make sure he had them both. He gave quotes for parts + labor for each separately. He ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived, we scheduled the appointment. He was very polite and professional. He took off his shoes before walking on our recently refinished hardwood floors, even without my asking. I watched the repair, since I had never seen the inside of a dishwasher door panel before. He was very skilled. It is clear he has done many repairs. The repair of the touch pad went beautifully. Then he set out to fix the kick plate (which had been put in badly by ANOTHER company after they removed it to see whether we had tile under the dishwasher or not). Mr. Singh fixed that too. When he was done, maybe 40 minutes later, we had a fully working touch pad for the first time since we have moved in, our dishwasher was able to run again, and the kick plate had been fixed so now the door opens and stays down again, just like it used to. This was my first time doing business with Mr. Singh's company, and I am very impressed. I did notice that his company is listed by the Better Business Bureau (unlike most repair places I looked up), and he had an A rating at the time. I hope nothing else breaks any time soon, but if anything does I will not hesitate to call him.

Great Service! I called Monday morning and I got an appointment the same day. I got home from work a little late, but the repair man waited until I got home. He figured out what the problem was right away and returned with the correct part the next day.

The company scheduled service for the next afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised when they called back and offered to come early. The technician was honest about price for the part and brought it with him. One visit - one new flow valve. Done.

Scheduling was smooth, I appreciated that he took his shoes off before he came in to my condo, I struggle a bit with the price because I didn't know those parts were so expensive, but honestly, I don't have a price to compare this to, so, take that for what you will. However, he was thorough in explaining what he was doing, follow-up and cleaning up once he put everything back together again. He also did a spot check of my refrigerator.

When we called, he was able to come over that same afternoon. He was very pleasant, he ran a quick cycle on the washer and confirmed that often the bearings go bad on that particular model - a Whirlpool Carbrio and although it is only two years old (with a 1 year warranty) he thought that it would be better to just replace it than try to fix it. He said that if I wanted to repair it he would get me an estimate on the cost of the parts. He left a voicemail later that day stating that he looked up the parts is it would cost "$329 and some cents" for the parts. "so with the Angies's List Coupon... you looking at at least with parts and labor and everything, at least $489 plus tax, minus the $159 paid to Angies List. Please do let me know, that part needs to be ordered." I initially agreed to have him order the part but then went on line and found the bearing kit for $85.56. When I asked him to re-quote the cost of the parts, he said that the whole tub, bearing and Stator would need to be replaced. I said OK but that I would want to watch the repair so that I could send a letter to Whirlpool about the problem, he recommended that I request a refund from Angie's List for the Coupon and call a Certified Whirlpool Repair Center. I called Sears and they are going to do the repair for $214.99 plus tax - for parts and labor (up to a total of $500) and also give a 12 month warranty on the unit. In the future, I will call Sears.

The repairman explained what was wrong with the motor and that a part was necessary for its repair. He scheduled an appointment with me to return the next day. While repairing the motor, he noted that our dryer ducts were dangerously clogged and advised that we have them professionally blown out. He referred us to another company that could perform that service and even arranged the appointment for us. All in all it was a very positive experience!

They came on the same day which was nice. We had two fridges that needed work. The technician was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything he was doing. First up was an issue with the ice maker. After doing an inspection of the motor, etc he recommended that we get a new ice bucket but did not have the part in stock. We declined the service because the quote was expensive and I wanted to see if we could get it cheaper than quoted. We ended up calling another company who was affiliated with the manufacturer and they had a completely different cure. US Appliances also looked at our other fridge and told us that it needed to be scrapped. It just didn't seem like a reasonable conclusion so we will try something else. Overall the technical was very pleasant. The diagnosis fee was reasonable but I felt like he was rushed and didn't treat our appliances with care.

He was unable to fix the machine therefore he instructed me to get a refund. He was very polite and and professional.

Excellent service and the machine worked great right away.

We came home from vacation to find that our refrigerator had died and all the food was rotten. I called first thing the next morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Mr. Singh called three hours before my appointment window opened and told me that he could come earlier if I was available, which thrilled me, given the circumstances. Mr. Singh was very professional and excellent at explaining to me the problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck that was needed to fix the refrigerator (mother board), and was finished in under an hour.

I had a great experience. The repairman arrived promptly and determined that the motor in my dishwasher needed to be replaced. He had to order the part, but had it quickly and made the repairs promptly - all I paid for over the part- there labor was covered by the initial coupon as promised.

Done a great job all under the special deal. Provided an accurate estimate and got the job right. Also, an excellent communicator. Great job and Thank you!

Service was fine, if not MINIMIAL. Overall, the experience was a poor one. It took over 6 weeks to get a refund check, and even then the provider shorted me $1.00 (the refund was only for $64) (after negotiation, the service was supposed to be $59+$35=$94 for the 2 appliances...$159-$94=$65, thus they shorted me a stupid dollar) It's not the money...it's the poor accounting performance, the "it's not me it's my accounting firm" excuse, poor ZERO communication, and THEN a check shows up end of July, and it's the WRONG amount? I will not do business with this provider again, and recommend that all take a hard look at this provider before doing business with them. This is all 100% true and I look forward to defending this 100% accurate review.

He was very nice and a wonderful person, but I spent $169 to have him come out and tell me it would be an additional $225 for a new ice maker. It seemed like a waste of both time and money.

Called provider and they were unable to provide service needed. stated I would receive a refund but I still have not received it.

Mr. Manjit was 5 minutes earlier than scheduled time and got to work straight away. He looked very professional in his approach and once he heard all the issues from me, started the diagnostics and was able to identify the issue within 10 minutes. He checked his van and found the new replacement parts and provided me a very reasonable price. Once confirmed he started the work and finished the work within an hour. He cleaned all the frosting inside the fridge and cleaned up all the water near the fridge. He really did a great job and the fridge is working perfectly now. I was little concerned after seeing one customer complain so badly about this company and was little worried initially. But it clearly looks like the customer complaining is wrong and the services this company and Mr. Singh provided is very skilled and professional. I would strongly recommend his service to all my friends and neighbors.

We had a very good experience w/ US Appliance Services. They were quick to come help w/ a problem dealing w/ our microwave. The service provider quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He returned a few days later to fix the microwave. He also changed out the oven lights (which are way to hard for me to get open to do) and looked at our dryer that was making a terrible noise. Fixed it in minutes. He was on time, respectful and courteous. The repairs were not costly for what was done. Yes-you might be able to buy a new SMALLER microwave cheaper...but I had been shopping around for weeks and it would have cost more. Not to mention, this was a built in microwave put in by a builder and the opening would have to have been rebuilt. More $$$$ on a a new microwave and cabinet rebuild was not in the budget. If you are looking around...they don't make the same GE Profile model as a few years ago and so you are stuck w/ fixing what you have or non-matching appliances. We are VERY GLAD we had US Appliance Services come out to repair our items. He was recommended by our neighbor who used him a few months ago. She also had a good experience w/ the provider.
