It is always stress to reach out to a new repair service. This time I relied on information provided by reviews on Angie's List. I am so glad that I contacted US Appliances Services. Prompt response to my needs, professional, and offered information to help keep the problem from happening again. A trustworthy company. I will not hesitate to contact US Appliances Services for future assistance.

Everything went well. Mr Singh called before arriving towards the front of my appointment window. Problem fixed and he was kind enough to give a few suggestions for maintaining equipment properly. Price seemed very reasonable for the job. He also stayed long enough to insure appliance working properly before leaving.

The repairman was friendly and knowledgable. He took his shoes off when entering the house and cleaned up completely when the repair was completed. He diagnosed the problem and replaced / tested the dryer once the repair was completed in less than 1 hour!

I called and told them what was going on with my dishwasher. They immediately asked for the make and model number so they could be sure to have the correct parts on the truck when they arrived. Within a day or two, they were at my home replacing the water pump. He called to let me know he was on his way, tested the washer multiple times before he left and was exceedingly polite. I will definitely use them again!

Excellent service on repairing my 10 year old microwave!

We were able to get a same day appointment to have our dishwasher fixed. The tech called before arriving, and arrived at the beginning of the window that we were given. He had the parts necessary to complete the repair on his truck, and worked quickly to get the work completed. He was also very friendly and professional.

Mr Singh diagnosed the problem, explained that it might involve another part which he would order and have on hand just in case. Mr. Singh returned today; replaced the burned out board, tested the appliance and re-installed the wall mount microwave in less than an hour. He allowed me to vacuum the unit and wipe it down as he was installing the board. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

I chose to call this provider because of his high references and proximity to my house. Mr. Singh took my phone call and was at my house within the hour. He was incredibly prompt and courteous. He pulled out my refrigerator and diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes. He showed me where the relay compressor was located and what it should be doing and how it should look. He mentioned that it might of blown during a storm or power outage. He had the part on him and offered to replace it immediately. I had him replace the piece and he was done within 10 minutes. He gave me some recommendations including on how to reset my refrigerator and also to buy a surge protector to plug my refrigerator into (so that this does not happen again). He cleaned up the area that he was working in, which he didn't need to (when he pulled my frig out, there was tons of dirt and dust underneath). His company supports all appliances and HVAC and I requested a quote for an AC checkup. I will be calling US Appliances and Services again in a month or so before I need to turn on my AC.

Had a built-in microwave and oven combo and the microwave would no longer heat. It was a special size with trim, so needed to get it repaired instead of replaced. Had a slight mishap with parts not showing up on time. I didn't find out about this until it was time to meet the technician, so unfortunately I had to take off of work on two separate days to have it repaired. Ultimately though, the technician arrived early and completed the repair in about 20 minutes. Had the magnetron, diode, and capacitor replaced, and the microwave heats now with no issues. The price was reasonable and the technician was knowledgable and very professional, taking off his shoes before coming into the house. I would recommend this repair service and will use them again in the future.

Showed up promptly, courteous and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and provided a free estimate for repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to call again or recommend to a friend.

Repairman was very nice. Was able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment which worked out nice for us. Gave us a lot of information on how a washer works and what was causing the noise. Very nice person and we were really happy.

Very well. Mr. Singh was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I trusted his advice in repairing versus replacing. He was very kind to take a look at a concern on our washing machine and our furnace while he was here at no extra charge (even though he was pressed for time).

My clothes dryer was not heating and therefore not drying my clothes. I called a few places on Angie's List. One place asked for the model number of the dryer and then told me he did not have any appointments available. Other places I called did not call me back until a day or two later. Mr. Singh responded quickly to my call. He asked me the model number so that he could have parts with him for service repair. Mr. Singh arrived when he said he would and was very careful to keep the area clean. He took off his shoes and vacuumed the area as well as the inside of the dryer. I work from home and ended up on a very long phone call. Mr. Singh did not miss a beat. When he was done he took my phone call all in stride made it easy for me to finish up business with him while I was on and off hold with the phone call. The repair was done quickly and efficiently.

It took awhile for me to decide who to call for service because I have had problems with companies in the past. However, this company had great reviews on Angie's List and was in the area so I decided to call. Mr. Singh responded quickly and was very professional. He didn't mind my watching what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes of looking at the dryer and showed me what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and gave me an estimate before he left. He returned quickly to replace the parts. All was done quickly and he was very careful not to damage the rug by the dryer, asking for a towel to cover it and for a vacuum cleaner which he used to clean up afterwards. It was quick and painless. I will definitely start using US Appliances Services Inc. from now on because I feel like I have found someone I can rely on and trust. Thank you, Mr. Singh!

We had a phantom leak on our dishwasher. He took the bottom off, and stayed for nearly half an hour to see if there was leak, but there was no leak. He only charged me for a service call, and said that that amount can always be put towards repairs if any are needed in 90 days. He told me that if the leak does show up, to call the office and they'd come right back.

Called on Friday of Memorial Day Weekend at around 6pm. Was very surprised to actually get an answer! The nice lady took my information and Mr. Singh came this morning (Saturday) right when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem in mere minutes, explained everything to us, and replaced the part that wasn't working (the control panel). He also gave us some very useful tips on maintenance and care of the refrigerator. Excellent service and an all around really nice guy. We will be using US Applicance Service the next time we have any kind of applicance/HVAC issue.

It went well, no other problems with the refrigerator

The guy came, fiddled with it and they charged me for his time, he told me he needed to go for a part and that he would come back and he got back a week later. He fixed the problem, he installed the new switchboard and then fiddled with it and nothing happened and then it started working eventually. I'm pretty sure that I got charged for a board that I did not need. I needed my appliance fixed so I just let it go.

Mr. Singh was prompt, courteous, and explained the procedure. I will definitely use his service again.

I called Mr Singh in the morning around 10:00am because my refrigerator was not cooling properly. He agreed to come that afternoon. He called and came earlier and my refrigerator was working properly again by 1:30pm . I had removed most of the food because the internal temp was about 50 degrees. I was able to save most of the food. I was very happy to say the least. Mr. Singh was very professional and very proactive. He has taken my model number when I called and told him what the problem was so he arrived with the part I needed based on what I had told him- He was very careful and cleaned around the vents of the refrigerator. He told me what it would cost and actually came in a little less. The cost was reasonable for new GE part as was the labor. The refrigerator was 13 yr old and a similar one new would have been $1500-2000. I would definitely use this provider again !!!!

Samsung French door refer was making ice but would not dispense through the door. Making an appointment was easy. Mr. Singh, the owner, was prompt, calling prior to arrival with the estimated arrival time. The diagnosis was prompt and efficient, as well as correct. It was the dispenser control assembly and Mr. Singh needed to research the parts info in order to determine if we could obtain the broken part only instead of purchasing the whole assembly. He told me he would call me back with the answer later in the afternoon, which he did! Unfortunately, the fix required the whole assembly and it is an expensive, electro-mechanical part. I was given an estimate of the arrival time and he even gave me an option for expedited shipping. When the part arrived, I got a call and we scheduled a mutually agreeable appointment. Mr. Singh showed up on time,calling first, and fixed/replaced the unit which left me with a working ice maker. His labor charge was very reasonable and fair, the parts pricing was fair, considering it is established by Samsung. While no one wants a $500 repair bill on a three year old refrigerator, Us Appliances did everything expected and more. They were professional, kept me informed, and did what they said they would do. I would definitely use them again and have no reservations referring them to friends.
