The refrigerator worked well after that.

Mr. Singh arrived in the time frame that he promised. He was able to correctly identify the part that was needed. Since our service call was after 5, he stated he would call in the morning with an estimate of the repair. I was SHOCKED at his quote. He originally stated that the part would be $160 and labor $95, but would do the job for $250. After talking to my husband (who reminded him that we had an Angie's list coupon), he lowered his price to $200 if we paid cash. A google search later, we discovered that the fuse was available online for $13.50. Yes, that is not a typo. We informed Mr. Singh that he could charge us the $49 for the service call, but we would not need his services. With shipping costs included, it was $20 and my husband easily swapped out the part in less than 10 minutes. I chose this vendor based on the Angie's list reviews, but would not reccommend using them! I know that everybody needs to make a profit, but charging $160 for a part that is available online for $13.50 is ridiculous. I'm sure that he gets even better pricing from his supplier. Buyer beware.

Called and they came out the next day with the parts necessary. Called when ~30 minutes out. Was professional, quick, gave clear cost estimates and was pleasant. Good experience and I will call them again when I have appliance trouble.

Well this is the second time I’ve used US appliances. Both times Mr. Singh came onsite to take care of the problem. The first time they we onsite they took care of an issue with my dryer where it no longer powered on. Mr. Singh took care of the problem and charged me what I thought was a very reasonable cost to repair the unit. He was onsite for less than an hour. This time he came onsite took a look at things and replaced a breaker and the heating element. Again, he was onsite for about an hour and didn’t charge me anything for the repair. That’s right, no charge. Who does that these days. Every time I call these folks they are extremely responsive and show up when they tell you they will. They are very professional and courteous. They will continue to be the first place I call for all my household repairs and recommend them highly. Steve

He was extremely courteous and professional. He pointed out that the unit I ordered was defective and waited very patiently while I went out and got a new one. He is always punctual, he works on weekends, and he is very trustworthy and professional.

It was the best service tech i ever had come to my home on time very helpful polite did the job with great knowledge and respected my home did not even have to ask to wear shoe covers gave me free advice about my dishwasher and my dryer as well overall i will never call anyone but these guys to do any services in my they rock

He did very good work. I had another provider come that did not do good work. This time around, the work was done quickly and he try to charge me anything extra.

Mr. Singh was wonderful. My husband had called 4 different companies and US Appliances had the lowest rate. We called them in the morning and he came out in the afternoon to repair the oven so that I was able to fix a family dinner that evening. The customer service was EXCELLENT!

He was on time, did a great job and was very courteous. He was as polite and helpful as he could be. He price was excellent and I would highly recommend him.
