The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. All they came for was the dryer and asked about the ac and told them that the washer was making a funny sound they asked me if i wanted them to take a look at them i said sure since you already here they service they ac and fixed they oven and also looked at my dishwasher and gave me tips on how to get the best performance from it . Love these guys and will use them for all my issues just wished they also did lawn work THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I have used US Appliances Services several times. The service is honest, on time and reasonably priced. They offer guarantee on their work and parts. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Manjit Singh was hired to inspect our 4 year old refrigerator for $50.00 to see why we weren’t getting any cold air. My wife start feeling uncomfortable with Manjit when he couldn't find the power source to turn off the refrigerator. Since Manjit didn’t want to pull the refrigerator out away from the wall in fear of damaging our wood floors he opened up the top compartment instead to where the mother board is located and started moving and connecting wires together which caused a bad short and filled the room with smoke. After seeing this my wife said, you must leave before you burn our house down. Before leaving, Manjit installed a new mother board which turned out to be the wrong model type for our refrigerator. We decided to call Adam from DAR Discount Appliance Repair HVAC (A rated with 958 reviews) who specializes in appliance repairs from Angie's List and he said, the mother board is of the wrong type, there's loose wires and missing screws. He also said, the short ruined the compressor and other parts. When I called Manjit to tell him of my problem he said I cannot talk now, I will call you back with 30 minutes. Since I never heard back from him, I decided to call back and explain the other contractor’s findings. Within seconds he said I cannot talk to you, call back tomorrow morning and then hung-up on me. A few minutes later Manjit called me back and said since your wife made me leave, I am not obligated to fix your refrigerator. We feel it's only fair, since Manjit damaged our refrigerator because of not being qualified he is responsible for all damages and should hire and pay a licensed and insured contractor who can do the repair correctly. P.S. I forgot to mention, when my wife saw the large spark and smoke she said to Manjit, looks like now I need a new refrigerator and he agreed. RESPONSE TO US APPLIANCES: Please understand, we are only hoping for repairs to fix our refrigerator and not replacement. Our refrigerator is very expensive and is custom built to match the rest of our furniture in the kitchen. Instead of moving live wires around that you were unfamiliar with and almost causing a fire you should've pulled the power plug or turned off the circuit breaker that is marked correctly downstairs. Unfortunately, I do not understand your letter, you are happy to pay for what? When we last spoke you hung up on me and said you will not fix. If you would like to fix please give me a call. Thank You!

US Appliances provided same day service and repair of our dryer when several other top providers could not get out for several days, and their price for an inital service call was quite a bit lower as well. That cost also gets credited to the cost of the overall repair if work is completed. The service tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He actually called and asked if it was OK if he came a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time -- when was the last time that happened?!!! He had the parts needed to complete the repair, and had the dryer up and running properly in no time. The Angie's List coupon was an added bonus -- $50 off of our service! I would definitely recommend US Appliances and will use them again in the future.

This ha been my first experience using an Angie's list provider and I must say it's been very impressive. First, let me say that I am a 67 year old woman living alone. That being said, the two things I don't like is having someone make me feel uncomfortable in my own home or talking down to me like I'm an idiot when explaining things. Mr. Singh did neither. When I called late in the day originally, he came early the next day. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, but he is also such a gentleman and is very good at explaining things without being condescending. He looked at my refrigerator and fixed what woud be the simplest and least expensive fix advising that if that did not fix the probem, he would return my check and only charge me for a service call. I was dubious and thought "I'll believe that when I see it". Well, the repair did not fix the problem which then would mean it would be a much more expensive fix and Mr. Singh advised to just get a new refrigerator, which I have done. He told me to send him a check for $49.00 to cover the service call. Today my original check for services came back to me (original service call and repairs came to $285.14) from Mr. Singh, so my faith in humanity is restored. I would certainly not hesitate to contact him again. All in all, a great experience and so glad I met Mr. Singh.

Mr. Singh took my model # and researched the cost of repair including parts and labor. Given the age of the dryer ha agreed it was not with the investment. I really appreciated the quick response and the help making a repair or replace decision. Will call again for future needs.

Great team!US Appliance fixed a small electrical problem with a China Cabinet and a small leak in my kitchen faucet. All on the same trip! Very professional and courteous team. A+++o

They did a fantastic job on fixing the issue. The ice maker stopped working and the water was coming out in a stream. The total price was quite a bit more than I had expected (over the Angie's coupon) but do not really have a comparison on prices for that type of work.

He was running a bit behind due to unforeseen issues at the appointment before us. He called to let me know he would be running late, and called again once he was nearby. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was a good experience for us—as good as it can get when your refrigerator goes out :) I'd definitely recommend this company, and will use again if/when the occasion arises.

Our refrigerator broke about 10PM on a Wednesday evening. First thing Thursday morning, my husband went on Angie's list to find someone who could help us quickly. Mr. Singh said he could be there in 45 minutes compared to the five to eight hour wait time other appliance repair companies quoted us. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator quickly, and even had the needed part on his truck. He saved us! We will definitely call again when needed.

The repairman responded super-promptly to my email via Angie's List, calling me just hours after I sent it on a Saturday morning. He got me his first available slot on a Tuesday, working around my schedule, and was patient when he got to my house earlier than expected and I wasn't there. He told me the callout flat rate before starting the work of $95, because it could have taken minutes or hours to dismantle the washing machine. I agreed and he swiftly completed the work. (He was super polite throughout, even asking for permission to use the sink to wash his hands, post-repair.) I'll definitely call them again if I have any large appliance repair issue or air conditioning, etc.

We bought the deal and the rep was very prompt in scheduling the appointment. We purchased this deal because our dishwasher had stopped functioning. The technician arrived on time. When he heard the sound that the dishwasher was making and noticed a smell, he knew that the motor was broken. He advised that it was not worth repairing, and suggested that we request a refund. He was very friendly and professional. We appreciated that he did not take advantage of us and repair it when it was clearly not cost effective for us to do that. We will definitely consider hiring this company for future business.

Owner called me and was very helpful, told me what he thought the problem was and advice on repairs. The coils in freezer were frozen over, i thawed them out and freezer has worked fine ever since, will definitely call US Appliances if i have further problems with fridge.

The tech was punctual, but the company refused to honor the terms of the voucher. The tech did a visual inspection of appliances and advised that he was just there to inspect and no work was included. They followed up with and email that advised " Ok that vochur you have it enclose only inspection not any cleaning or any other work." The voucher clearly states that it was for "$169 for refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer tune-ups and cleaning, plus a garbage disposal inspection Refrigerator tune-up includes cleaning of the condensing coil, fan, motor and drip pan; inspecting all connections, motor, fan, thermostat and accessories (e.g., ice maker, water dispenser, etc.); diagnosing any issues found Dishwasher tune-up includes inspecting original installation; securing and leveling as needed; cleaning out the food catch and drain line Washer and Dryer tune-up includes checking seals and hoses, inspecting all connections, operations and diagnosing any issues while insuring your laundry machines are operating efficiently and correctly. Garbage disposal inspection includes checking motor and grinder operation; thoroughly cleaning the disposal to eliminate any food build-up and unpleasant odors

They saved the day! I would rate them A+++. I discovered the leak Friday night and didn't know who to call for service on a Saturday. We are leaving town on Monday for 2 weeks and I could not leave town knowing that my refrigerator leaks! I called several places and no one could come until next week. I called US Appliances and the gentleman who took my call said he could have someone here today and he would call me back with a time. Less than 5 minutes later he called to tell me someone would be here between 1-4pm. I was so happy to see Kumar! He diagnosed the problem quickly (we were convinced it was a clogged drain tube so he had to convince us too!) He said the icemaker was leaking. This was NOT an easy job. Our freezer is on the bottom and he had to do most of the work lying on the floor! He cleaned out the coils, found lots of ice built up, replaced the icemaker and cleaned up after the job. He was here about 90 minutes. He was honest, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was the best $320 we could have spent and now we can leave for our vacation worry-free!! We will DEFINITELY use them again when we need repairs. THANK YOU!!! r

The water/ice dispenser on our GE Profile fridge was working intermittently. Mr Singh came out just a few hours after I called and spoke with him. He diagnosed the problem as being either the circuit board that controls the dispenser itself, or the main board for the whole fridge. The dispenser's control board was the more common (and cheaper) repair, so he said he'd try replacing that first. He had the right part, but it was in the wrong color. But he offered to install that one for us while we waited for the right one to come in. Most contractors wouldn't think of making that kind of offer and we appreciated it. It fixed the problem, but only temporarily. A few days later, he came back out with the correct part and installed it. Again, that fixed the problem, but by the next day, we were having the same issue. We called Mr. Singh and he told us he was now convinced it was the main board. He came out a third time, and replaced that, charging us only for the difference in part price. In total, he came to our house three times to be sure the issue was corrected properly. While he was there, he not only took care of the issue, but took the time to clean out the back and underside of the refrigerator. He was very professional, courteous, and punctual. We will definitely call again the next time we have an appliance issue.

They were great to talk to on the phone and properly directed me to a plumber certified to disconnect and reconnect gas plumbing.

I had tried to contact 2 other service repair services via Angie's list. Neither responded. I then emailed Mr. Singh and he responded within hours. I called him and he was able to come out the next day and gave me a time frame he would be at my home. The next day, he called and asked if I was available for an earlier time and I was. He came promptly, looked and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He gave me another date and time frame for the next week. The day of the repair, he called twice to let me know that he was running late due to the fact that the truck with the part he needed was late. Mr Singh was very professional, and was very knowledgeable and offered some advice as well on the machine and how to keep it working even though it is an older model. I will be using Mr. Singh again.

He had a problem with a faulty part, which wasn't his fault. He saw the part wasn't working, reordered the part on the spot and came back to complete the job.

He was able to quickly put the drawer on the bottom of my stove back on the track which I had been struggling to do for over 6 months.

He has done a lot of work for us already. He is very professional, very courteous. I like using him because he always makes sure that the issue is 100% resolved.

Mr. Singh was awesome! He showed up within and hour and a half of calling, fixed our refrigerator for less than another company had quoted. Mr. Singh accurately identified what was wrong with the frig even when the other guy could not. Super pleased and he even installed a light bulb in our microwave that we couldn't figure out how to do ourselves. Will definitely recommend him to others and will use US Appliances Services again.

The customer service was awesome. He was a great guy. I checked with everyone else and their price was the best. They did fast work and did a good job. I would recommend them.
