I have had a great experience working with Kent because he is a zero pressure agent (that is very rare) who is flexible, responsive, reliable, and extremely informed. When i was getting ready to sell, he was prompt in providing me with current comps in the area, with writing up the MLS description, with getting the property posted, and with handling everything associated with the sale. I was anxious because there were other properties listed for sale in the same community and they were 30+ days on market. I had a buyer for mine in less than a week. I have a very busy job and Kent stayed on top of all of the details on my behalf which was awesome.
Description of Work: I had an investment property which Tunell Realty managed from a rental perspective and also managed the ultimate sale of that property recently.
