Description of Work: The technician knew immediately what the problem was with our clothes dryer. He expertly disassembled the machine, and replaced the faulty part. When it wasn't sounding absolutely after reassembling, he worked on it until it was 100%. We are very pleased by Dale's expertise and professionalism.

Description of Work: They helped me troubleshoot a problem with my refrigerator and ordered the part and gave instructions for repair. I spoke to them on the phone several times for advice and they were always helpful.

Description of Work: The service call was to repair the dishwasher and hood over the range. It was obvious that the repair man wanted to sell me a new dishwasher and their price was higher than Bray and Scarff when I shopped around. The really annoying part, though, was that the repair man said that he did not have the parts for my hood because when he checked the model number that morning it had been incorrectly written down so he could not find the parts to bring. I asked why they had not confirmed the model number and that they had the parts on hand when I made the call, for which he did not have an answer. He wrote down the model number and said I would be called back which took over a month before I heard from them. By then I had had someone else complete the work. Very disappointing since in years past I had had good experiences with Sterling Appliance.
