Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for granite countertop cleaning and sealing.

Description of Work: The work was never performed. I called Sir Grout mentioning that I had already purchased some product to do the work myself but would be pleased if they would do the actual labor. They informed me that they would ONLY use their own products so I cancelled the work and was never charged.

Description of Work: Mauricio came to my house exactly on time, after first staying in touch to let me know his arrival time. He assessed my countertops & immediately got to work, after first explaining the process. I asked his advice about another room with granite counters & he went ahead & cleaned & sealed them also, at no extra charge. He also assessed my floor & wall tiles in my bathrooms, suggested a thorough cleaning & sealing & regrouting & I've arranged for his return in February to do this

Description of Work: They cleaned the granite in our kitchen. The provider acknowledged that the granite was in very good condition; I think I was expecting perhaps some work that apparently wasn't necessary, given the overall condition of the granite. I would have perhaps expected some enhanced service to the granite, so that it looked more polished.

Description of Work: The service man cleaned and "restored" grout, but honestly I did not notice any difference in the sheen or feel of the granite. The service didn't take long either, I guess what can you expect from a 45 minute or less service appointment. Everything was cleared and ready for action when the person arrived and he was nice and seemed to work efficiently. I am not sure if there is any difference and I expected to notice something as I had not maintained my granite professionally since it had been installed ten years ago. Just saying!?

Description of Work: I INITIALLY CONTACTED SIR GROUT FOR A CLEAN AND SEAL OF MY GRANITE COUNTER TOPS. THE GENERAL MANAGER CAME OUT ON TIME, PERFORMED THE SERVICE AND I WAS VERY PLEASED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHILE AT MY HOME, I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE TO CLEAN AND COLOR SEAL MY TILED BATHROOMS. THE ESTIMATE CAME THAT AFTERNOON IN MY EMAIL. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE ESTIMATE. IT WAS GOING TO BE AN ALL DAY JOB, AROUND 8 HOURS OF WORK. I SCHEDULED THE WORK, AND WAS SET FOR THEM TO COME OUT IN A FEW WEEKS. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PROFESSIONALISM SHOWN ON THE FIRST JOB WAS NOT FOLLOWED BY THE NEXT SET OF WORKERS. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY FOR THEM AT 8 AM, WHICH I WAS. THEY CALLED AN HOUR LATER AND SAID THEY WOUULD BE HERE IN 30 MINUTES, 45 MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 11 AM AS THEY HAD SOME "OTHER THINGS TO DO". AT THAT POINT, I CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER AND TOLD THEM I WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HAVING THE WORK DONE AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED. IF THEY HAD ARRIVED AT 11 AM, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING IN MY HOME UP TO 9-10 PM!!!! I DIDN'T WANT THE WORK DONE IF THEY COULD NOT BE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THE GENERAL MANAGER AND OWNER(BRIAN) WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PLEASANT. I RECEIVED MY REFUND BY CHECK WITHIN A WEEK. WHILE I THINK THE COMPANY CAN DO GOOD WORK, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE IT APPEARS THAT SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT RELIABLE.

Description of Work: My kitchen countertops are silestone. Greg Ohrin, the General Manager was very professional. He clean and polish my countertops. The countertops didn't look any different than they look before they were polish. Once the polish dried I was expecting the countertops to look like they were when they were installed, shinning. What I was expecting I didn't get. The countertops looked the same, no shine. I was very disappointed!
