Mauricio was on time and very professional. Explained to me what he was doing and answered all of my questions. All work was done without incident.

Everything was great. We were able to schedule a quote online--super easy and they were very reliable and came on time. Jeff, the GM, came and gave us a quote. He was very very knowledgable and gave us general tips on our hardwood floors and also cleaning tile, proper products to use, and also some general shower glass information. We were very impressed! He was able to work with our schedule and get us an appointment as early as possible--we needed to have everything done because we were getting ready to list our property for sale and needed it to be spotless. He scheduled us with his top guy, Mauricio. Mauricio came and one other guy joined him later. They were very professional, went above and beyond. The bathrooms looks brand-new! It was well worth the money! We couldn't have been happier and I have recommended them to several people already--as well as to my realtor who was looking for referrals for her clients.

Sir Grout just left my hope and I am very well pleased! I spent more than $11,000.00 on the installation of a limestone foyer and powder room floor about 10 years ago. The grout had gotten stained and dirty and the large tiles of stone had lost their luster. Sir Grout came in and cleaned and polished the floor to a dazzling shine; installed a uniform grout stain/color; and sealed the floor. Now it looks brand spanking new! The representatives sent by Sir Grout were professional, courteous and got the job done in the allotted time! I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for other work in my home...why install a new floor when they have your old one looking good as new?!

The two technicians were very polite, friendly and professional. They performed their duties efficiently and well. They showed great respect to me and for my home and left everything not only well none, but very neat. I would definitely use this service again. It is refreshing to have service people come into my home that leave a good lasting impression.

Mauricio arrived when promised and proceeded directly to perform all the work that had been arranged for. He was friendly, cheerful, and thoroughly professional. We're extremely pleased by the results. The shower looks like new. We were very impressed by Sir Grout and would certainly hire this company again.

Sir Grout called the day prior to confirm the schedule. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They performed a walk through to explain what was to occur, cost, and the estimated duration of the work. They placed their equipment on their tarp to protect our Hardwood Floors and placed masking tape on the walls to prevent their cleaning solvent from damaging the wood or paint. They performed a machine scrub and steam cleaned the grout and tiles; removed the dirt and grime from the floor; and color sealed the grout with the color of our choice. They performed a final buff and applied clear sealant to the tiles and grout. They managed to remove the 14 years of Dirt/Grime Buildup on the Kitchen/Bathroom Tiles and Grout. We tried steamers, cleansers, and other products which were ineffective. Sir Grout brought the original colors of the tiles to the surface! We scheduled another service with Sir Grout for the other 2 bathrooms for the same treatment on our Tiles/Grout!

Having this work done was not just accomplishing complete and perfect restoration of our tile floors, it was also a pleasant experience.

Excellent service provider! We did a mini face lift to our master bathroom. Job number 2 using Sir Grout. Instead of a complete remodel, we decided to strip the room of everything but the tile, shower, and tub. Our goal was to make our once white tile white again. Sir Grout did it! Our master bathroom is white and looks so clean. We are impressed with the outcome and saved a ton of $$$ over a complete remodel. Service was performed by Mauricio who is very detailed and professional. Job number 1 was grout filling and sealing of a shower floor. Sir Grout did such a great job, we hired them for the master bath. Highly recommend. Prices are very fair.

Great work! They were here right on time, did everything they were supposed to do and the tile and grout look like new. They were very friendly and the tech explained everything he did and told us how to clean the tile in the future. I wish I could post a before and after photo. We saved a bunch of money by simply having everything cleaned. You should definitely try these guys.
