Provac was very responsive, communicated well and got the job done! Everything was explained clearly and my AC is working great. I will absolutely call them with anything HVAC related in the future. Very knowledgeable and practical.

Thank you Joe, excellent work. On Sunday during the extreme heatwave, the AC suddenly stopped working. Immediately the house started feeling like an oven, it was unbearable to be inside. I didn’t hesitate to call Joe as my first instinct! He was so responsive and made us feel like a top priority. He personally arrived to the property to assess the problem. Unfortunately, it was a burned out motor that was not readily available, Joe took it on himself to rush order the parts needed. He installed portable AC units to help us endure the heat in the meantime! Very thoughtful. The repair was done within 24 hours. We are so glad we called ProVac Heating and Cooling. I will recommend Joe to all my family and friends!

It went extremely well. Since we haven't replaced AC, Furnace and water heater for decades, I was nervous how it would all go. Joe gave me assurances and said not to worry. After the work is finished, we are so relieved and happy, we thanked Joe. We will highly recommend him to any one who needs HVAC services.

I can 10 out of 10. I referred them to our neighbors. They worked on our schedule. They cleaned up completely themselves. They cleaned everyday and not all service providers do that.
