Ryan did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Great job, original date did not work out- as I had not turned on my water to the backyard. They were kind enough to fit me in, but we had a lot of rain. I received emails to keep me updated on the schedule, which I very much appreciate. Would absolutely hire again.

Nova Pro Wash was amazing. The shady side of my house had some mildew and this was totally cleaned, as was everything else. My house looks almost new again. But aside from the quality of the work, I was very impressed by the communication and professionalism. Emails were answered very promptly and there was no guesswork on anything. I wish all contractors were as responsive. In fact, I wasn't able to be home while the work was being done and later that same day I got a phone call from Ryan to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Nova Pro Wash and will definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent work! The house looks brand new. We had green and black mildew on the porch that I could not get off by myself and Ryan got all of it.

Excellent! Ryan was very prompt, responsive and detailed oriented. He was fantastic at responding and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. He even took extra care to come back a second time to go back over the fence to get it to the look we wanted. We had never power washed the fence in 12 years and he made it look brand new! We we were in the process of getting our home ready to put on the market to sell and it looked great after he completed the work! I was so happy with his service that I'm going to ask him to come to my new home we bought and power wash the fence! He really exceeded our expectations!

Ryan was right on time and very friendly. His quote was the best price out of the 3+ that we received. He washed the outside of the house paying close attention to the problem areas we had on one side and went above and beyond the scope of work when he cleaned our front steps and sidewalk. Ryan arrived on time. We did a walk around and discussed what needed to be done. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for the gutters to be clean. When Ryan arrived he explained I had a gutter cover which did not allow anything to get in. He took the cost of gutter cleaning off of the estimate. After Ryan was done we did a second walk around. He did a wonderful job and left everything looking clean. The flowerbeds were mulched the day before and the beds still looked perfect. This is a small local business with exceptional customer service. Ryan really cares about customer satisfaction.

Ryan was great to work with. I called him late one afternoon for an estimate which he sent me early the next morning. His price was reasonable and since I wanted the work done quickly, he was able to put me on his schedule within a day or two. It was great! He did a fantastic job cleaning the house, including some mildew I didn't even know I had one side of the house, and the exterior of the gutters and windows. I am extrememely pleased with the service and will be recommending him to all my neighbors!

The owner of NOVA Prowash is a complete pleasure to do business with. Ryan was super responsive to my call, and had the work done the next day--and after business hours to accommodate my business' needs. He did a super thorough job and went well beyond the scope of what was required to remove the dirt and debris which had accumulated in our office's parking facility. Truly, the area has never looked better! Based upon this excellent service, I then hired NOVA ProWash to pressure wash the exterior of my home. And WOW!... what a difference this made in the appearance of my home. Again, Ryan exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend NOVA ProWash to any business or individual looking for excellent, conscientious, punctual service. Arrived punctually. Did good work. Left no mess. Ryan needed to use a longer device on one part of my gutters, and he had to return on a different day to complete the work. He was again punctual, polite, completed the work with no fuss. At no extra charge he even vacuumed some leaves close to the house which I had been unable to get to. Overall a great job. i will definitely use his services again.

AMAZING professional!! Not only did he show up when he said he would--quickly came 1.5 hours to give estimate, but said he would have the estimate to me by email at a certain time that evening -which he absolutely did and then, came to powerwash the very next day! could not have asked for better service--exceptional service. Super nice guy and he explained how he would powerwash the trex versus the concrete. it turned out amazing!! looks like brand new now! told me what i needed to do to care for it also. Finished job in one afternoon and was just a pleasant experience and he did oustanding work! he knows what he is doing! He had a very fair price for the job -furthermore the fact that he did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would, really impressed me the most! OUTSTANDING!! OUTSTANDING!! Very professional and prompt. Came out within hours to give an estimate. Explained what would be done and gave my neighbor an estimate as well. Came backout the following week to do both houses. I would highly recommend Nova Pro Wash and will definitely be using their services again.

The house had excessive mold and mildew on the north and east/west sides of the building. NovaProWash was able to completely remove the mold and mildew. the neighbors said it looked like new siding. Great result, done on time and within a quick turnaround at a reasonable price. The owner is a midwest guy from Minnesota. That midwest work ethic shows through in the result of his work. highly recommended.

When I first emailed Ryan for an estimate he replied back quickly to say that he was in my area and could look at my house to give me an estimate of the power wash. Since I wasn't home at the time I thought that was great. Other companies emailed me and gave me flat rate quotes without even having seen the house! The NOVA ProWash quote was much lower than many others I looked at on Angie's List. I called Ryan to confirm the day he would do the work. He was on time and very attentive to all my concerns about plants and special spots on the siding that needed more cleaning. He placed a tarp under his machinery on the driveway, and took special care not to harm grass or plants by covering them with a white sheet.. He was very pleasant and professional. His truck, trailer, and equipment looked new, clean and respectable. I would recommend anyone to give Ryan a try for all deck and house power washing needs.

Nova Pro Wash shows up and lets our receptionist know that they are there for the work which is really nice and polite. It also allows us to address any special areas to pay attention to. Nova Pro Wash really does a great job each time and takes their time to make sure it is done right. When they are done with the work, they come in to announce they are finished and if we want to take a look at the work which we have found to be unnecessary since the work is performed really well, but it is nice to be asked because it lets you know that they are really geared towards our satisfaction. Cannot say enough good things about this company!
