Description of Work: attempted to call this service for dishwasher repair and neither of the phone numbers worked...couldn't even get through to ask a question.

+ -1 moreThe customer service is wonderful with Nichols Appliance Center. They came out within 24 hours of my call. It took a total of 40 minutes for everything. The repairman said the washer would need to be replaced soon but what he did to fix it would hold it for awhile so he saved me from purchasing a new one. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I had repairs done on my washer and dryer. The washer was rebalanced and a screw was replaced. The dryer would heat on certain settings but not on all. The thermostat was adjusted to fix it.
