house cleaning
+ -1 moreFirst visit left a lot to be desired and several areas not cleaned very well. Owner was responsive and agreed to send a team to home for follow up and thorough cleaning at no charge two weeks later. I intentionally did not clean the areas missed the first time and made particular note of some routine things that needed attention. The second visit went as bad. chest in bedroom and night stand not dusted at all. Kitchen floor had tea stains remaining after first and second visit. Bathrooms were cleaned well and kitchen counter tops sparkled. Dining room looked and smelled clean. Overall very disappointed and service was terminated.
Description of Work: Cleaning of single family home.

+ -1 moreOne week they did not show up and then billed me for it. When I brought this to the franchise owner's attention (Lyndsey), she said she could not believe it happened, putting me on the defensive. Then, just to change the bed linens, they wanted to charge an additional $3.00 per bed, when I was already paying them above market rates.
Description of Work: This company was hired to provide weekly cleaning service in my home. The women sent every week could barely communicate, as they did not speak English. The cleaning was never adequate, as I had to constantly ask to have tables in my home re-dusted. I also had to provide the furniture polish, as they did not provide their own.

+ -1 moreTHEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY CAME BACK A SECOND TIME AND I WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN EXACT LIST OF WHAT DUTIES THEY WOULD PERFORM, THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICE.
