The owner Jon, came out to assess the work needed. After taking measurements, he emailed the estimate the following week. After weighing the cost vs. having all of our exterior trim wrapped, we decided to have it painted. Jon sent his crew out the same week we decided to have the work done. The crew worked quickly, professionally, and did a quality job - the even hung new shutters for us. After the job was finished, Jon came out to review the work. All in all, it was a painless experience and we had Jon give us a quote for additional interior work.

They arrived even before their scheduled time and got right to work. Jon walked through everything with me. He was VERY accommodating for all the work I wanted done. And his team did a great job.

This company painted our nursery for us. Good price, showed up on time, moved quickly, end result was quality work. I woul recommend them.

Jon was prompt, easy to work with and showed up with the workers on the first and last day of work (ours took 3 days with 3 workers). They were accommodating with our availability as well. They worked extremely hard for 8+ hrs a day and was respectful of the house. They moved and covered all big furniture and floors. The painting and prep work was excellent and we will gladly hire them again for the rest of the house. Our house looks amazing!

We have not yet chosen a painter to paint the exterior but will soon. There estimate seems pretty comprehensive.

Jon and Loudon Custom Coatings provided excellent service throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with, from the first estimate to the end of the job. The entire process was painless, in part because Jon provides all the materials as well. Jon came out, gave a quote, we agreed, picked the colors and sent him the information on the paint, and painting began soon after. His crew seemed very professional and focused. At the end of the job, I noticed a few minor issues of work missed and one wall scratched - Jon sent someone over immediately to fix it. The bottom line - Jon is a serious professional, and I will use him again and recommend him to others (already have).

Jon was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. The guys did a fantastic job and Jon helped us think through some problematic areas on the trim and come up with creative solutions. I will definitely call them again.

The provider showed up on time. I reviewed with Jon the two colors to be used for the ceiling and third paint color for the ceiling. He then reviewed with the painters how to proceed. I was not having any trim painted but Jon asked if I had any of the original trim paint around. The painters had noticed a place where the molding paint had chipped and they would like to fix that when they painted the ceiling and walls. I appreciated the attention to detail and I was very pleased with the final result. Jon returned at the end of the day and checked the work before the painters left.

The guys did a great job. We had the guys come prior to moving in to do the stairwell and main floor. We ended up bringing them back post move-in b/c we were so happy with their work. Definitely recommend.

Excellent! The painters did an excellent job and Jon was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely use Loudoun Custom Coatings again for both interior and exterior jobs.

Jon and his crew are fantastic. SCHEDULING: I did the scheduling and dealt with Jon directly... and he was very patient with us. We were having some other work done in the house and the painting could not be done until the bulk of that work was completed and, of course, our contractor ran late. We had to change our original painting date, only to have our contractor work his crew overtime and almost meet his deadline. I then contacted Jon and asked if they could still come out on our original date, which was 2 days away, and (much to my surprise) Jon was able to give us our original date. WORK: Fantastic! My husband was here while Jon's crew worked so I only saw the end product, but Jon's crew does a superb Jon. My husband says they were extremely professional and courtesy -- did not make much noise and didn't bother my husband unless they had a specific question. We definitely recommend Loudoun Custom Coatings and plan to use them again in the near future on some other interior and some exterior work.

We're never using another painter. Jon and his crew were extremely professional, punctual, thorough, and meticulous. The work was done perfectly the first time. There were no drips or spills, every seam (between wall and ceiling) is smooth and even, no detail was missed, and his crew completed the entire job in a day, even getting more paint when the stuff we provided ran out. The price was extremely reasonable for all the work done. We couldn't be happier.

Overall, really happy with Jon and his team's work. We had several bids to do the job and decided to go with Jon since I felt most comfortable with him after meeting him. LCC had a small business feel and I knew he would give the personal care and guidance to the job. His estimate was also in-line with others received and was able to start the job when we wanted. He also recommended paint types and was always responsive whenever called. The job took around 4 days total and he also sent back another guy to wrap up our master bathroom. He was extremely flexible and I thought the team took great care of our house (being brand new, things were pristine and fortunately no furniture had to be moved). I am very particular about not missing areas and his team had no issues with touching up areas and following up after the fact. This was my first time paying for painters but overall the experience was great!

Both times the work went very well and we are very pleased with the results. The owner is easy to work with and we would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Loudoun Custom Coatings to paint some interior walls and trim of our house approximately two years after moving in. Alot of our crown molding had cracks and gaps in the corners that we had other contractors fix before but within a few months the paint or whatever they used would crack and fall apart in those same areas but John told us that he would properly take care of the problem areas and they have stayed together as we were told it would. John showed up on time for the estimate and when time came to start the work. I would definitely use Loudoun Custom Coatings again.

h safely. I signed up for 2 painters for 8 hours to see what we could get done. Since the areas with high ceiling were the priority, Jon recommended 3 painters to make sure those areas were completed. The 3 guys that painted, (Carlos, Ceasar and Juan) were very professional and did excellent work -- they probably went past 8 hours cleaning up everything before they left. It's a little embarrassing, but my floors were much cleaner when they left! They finished all of the really tough areas. If we had the budget, I would hire them to do the rest. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!

I was very impressed both in meeting with Jon in person to walk through the project, as well as the detailed written estimate he prepares. I found his cost reasonable, he was willing to schedule quickly to accommodate my timeline, and he was very straightforward to work with. The only reason I did not use LCC was to use a painting service that could take care of crown moulding at the same time. Jon is worth contacting for an estimate.

They did a great job. The walls and trim look very good. I think the cost was fair for the quality of work, and it included all paint and supplies.

As with all of the other reviews, I am happy to say that I was able to deal directly with the owner Jon. I picked a smaller company on purpose. He came to our home both days before the painters started for the day, discussed with me what I wanted done and if I had any special requests or concerns. He then came back toward the end of the day to make sure everything was going well. He even picked up some paint for me that I forgot to get and even though I offered to pay him gas money, he charged me only for the paint additional to the rate he quoted. The paint job his crew did was done efficiently, without any mess and done right. They moved furniture back into their place before they left, cleaned up everything and did not charge me for any supplies other than the paint. Their price is very reasonable and the work is well worth it. They removed some shelves and patched some holes prior to starting the job. They rehung the shelves and the patches cannot even be seen! They had planned to order pizza and have it delivered but no one delivers to my home. Rather than stop to go get lunch, or send one of the guys to get it, they continued to work without lunch! Needless to say, I fed them! They stopped just long enough to make and eat a sandwich then immediately went back to work. Yes, I could have gone after a large company with a lot of reviews, but then you never know whom you are getting, and larger companies do not care as much about the quality of their work. Loudoun Custom Coatings were worth every penny! I would recommend them to anyone. And as soon as we pick colors, I'll have them back! Thanks guys!

The job went very well, much better than I had even expected. Jon came out promptly when I requested a bid for the painting only, in fact he was the first contractor to arrive and the first to submit a bid. His evaluation of the condition of the porch was very thorough, making me feel confident that he fully understood the amount of work needed and that his bid reflected that. Before starting work, I decided to have the decking washed and sealed as well, and requested that he come back out and look at it and resubmit his bid to reflect the increased scope. Again, he very promptly came out and submitted another bid by the next day. The crew who came out to do the work were very professional and efficient. Because this work was partly in the front of the house, there was the potential for it to be disruptive and they made an obvious effort to kept it as minimally disruptive as possible. They arrived each morning early and worked steadily throughout the day so the job was completed very quickly. In addition, each day when they left, they cleaned up everything (rather than just at the end of the job) which was much appreciated. The work was very high quality. I found no places where there were drips or runs. There were no spots on the decking or on the cedar siding that surrounds the windows. The wood repairs were very well done. It looks like a brand new porch and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Jon's crew arrived as scheduled, were polite and courteous, cleaned up prior to leaving every evening and left not a speck of garbage behind. They were great! After the job was finished Jon did a walk-around to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using the firm!

I had scheduled a estimate with another company and they could not come for 2 weeks ( that did not impress me) so I called Jon and he was able to come a few days later and give me the estimate. After meeting Jon, I had pretty much decided that his company was the one to choose. He is very friendly and professional. When the other company did come their estimate was quite a bit more and they did not supply the materials- leaving me to "guess" what my final cost would be. Jon's price included everything and was significantly less money. Jon showed up every day to check on the progress, kept me informed of the status of the job.The team that showed up to paint was friendly, on time and did a super job..they cleaned up after themselves daily. They took their time and went above and beyond what I had expected. I had some wall damage which was repaired flawlessly- in fact you cannot even tell where the damage was on the wall. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. I would recommend Jon and the team at Loudoun Custom Coatings and will use them again for any future painting projects I have.
