Her name is Kathy Colville. My husband paid for her services when we bought the town house that we have, and when we were ready to buy a single home after we got married. We told her what we wanted and needed. She kept looking at homes for us that were at the highest end. She was expensive in many ways. The number she gave us for our mortgage and things like that and the difference in the mortgage compared to what we currently had were not as accurate as she portrayed them to be. She encouraged us to keep our town house instead of selling it. She encouraged us to rent it instead. She promised us that we would be able to get it rented right away. We ended up waiting five months and spending the entire savings that we had. She wouldn't go to the house and clean it. Everybody assumed there was something wrong with the house, but no one was renting it. The only person we spoke to after that was her assistant. She was not interested in helping us get the house rented. It was completely bad practice. She shared way too much of her personal life with me. She thought I was her friend and treated me like a friend when I was going to spend money. However, when it was time for her to do her job she did nothing. In reality, I was the one who had found the house, and not her. She cost us everything. I will tell people about Kathy and warn them not to use her.
