I called JC Cleaners after my regular housekeeper had canceled her weekly cleaning the morning of her cleaning day (Monday). This was a bad week for a cancellation since we were expecting houseguests later in the week, so I turned to Angie's List to find a new cleaning service. I was impressed with the positive reviews for JC Cleaners, so I gave them a call on Tuesday. Carola was able to come by that day to give me an estimate. She was very professional, punctual, and best of all, she was able to fit my house in her cleaning schedule for the next day (Wednesday). Juan came by on Wednesday to clean with another person and - wow - did they do an amazing job!! They were able to clean things that my other housekeeper didn't (some that were out of reach -- e.g., dusting ceiling fans, high ledges -- and other things that she didn't take the time to clean -- e.g., baseboards, hand rails along the staircase). Following the initial cleaning, I decided to hire JC Cleaners for biweekly cleanings (they do such a great job that I don't feel like I need them every week). They are always on time, very thorough, and professional. I find that my house feels even cleaner than it did the time before! Just a sidenote -- my husband and I are VERY picky about cleaning services. We have really high standards for how we like our house cleaned, and we find that JC Cleaners exceeds our expectations with each visit!

A representative came to the house about a week in advance. She explained how the company cleans. We did a walk through and she asked about certain areas that I might not want disturbed: an end table containing about two dozen framed photos, a hanging shelf with keepsakes, photos, etc., the top of my home office desk, etc., . I was able to tell her which places that I did not want touched, places where a light feather dusting would do, and the areas where her crew was free to move things and put them back after cleaning. We discussed what types of cleaning products the service uses and she asked if there were any specific products I might prefer. She also explained that during the first session would take longer because the crew would do a thorough cleaning concentrating on the bathrooms in particular. The price was higher for that session. The next service date, two weeks later, would most likely take two hours and from that day on I would be charged a flat rate. Her visit lasted maybe ten or fifteen minutes but much was accomplished. I felt that I could be away from my home while the cleaning was being done because the crew would receive instructions from her about what we had discussed.

I was provided a quote from the owner after she took a walk through of the home and then we scheduled the date for the first cleaning. I wasn't home when they arrived, however I did return to the home as they were finishing up. Juan took me on a tour of the house and showed me the work they did. He asked me to let them know if there was anything they missed. The house smelled clean and I was very impressed with the level of detail and care that was taken in their cleaning of the home. All of the ceiling fans were cleaned including the motors, lightbulbs were cleaned in the bathrooms, items in my loft area were moved for vacuuming and the kitchen sink was gleaming! They did a beautiful job on the home. I will definitely have them come back again. I would recommend them with no reservations.

They were very thorough, professional, and personable. They were very fast, and they brought three people in. Our condominium is over 1400 sq feet. They were very quick to ask us, to make sure they were doing the job the way we wanted them to do it. They are very easy to work with. They came late that day; but they called and informed us. Normally, they are very punctual. I have nothing to hold on with them. They are very nice.

If I could give this company a rating higher than A I would. They cleaned places I did not even think of. I like this company so well that I have inquired about a permanent cleaning arrangement--this from a very picky lady! If you need your home cleaned expertly this is the only company you need to call. They are reasonably priced and professional.

I called JC Cleaning as I have done it in the past many times. This time I needed a one time clean because my full time housekeeper was on vacation. They never stop to surprise and amaze me. I always think that since I have a full time housekeeper/nanny my house is spotless and boy JC Cleaning proved me wrong once again. The crew came in charming and friendly as ever and went right to work. By the time they were gone I felt as if I was at a 5 star hotel and not in my own home. Everthing looked amazing and smelled fresh!! I made a list of the things I need to tell my nanny to clean when she comes back because JC Cleaning defenetly made a difference! I once again highly recommend them. They do a terrific job, they take care of details, they are careful about their surroundings, they are loving to my pets!! You can't ask for more!! Will most defenetely use their services again!!

They do a good job without being told all the things they need to do. It is not just a hotel style clean; they actually clean the house. They are very polite and they call to let me know what their plans are and when they will arrive. They seem flexible.

JC Cleaning provides outstanding, reliable service. They show up promptly at the appointed time and can always be reached by phone or email when changes are necessary. They are willing to accomodate the needs of the individual customer. The wonderful person who cleans my home is courteous, considerate, pet-friendly and good at her job. The cleaning is efficient and of consistent quality. I am especially appreciative that Juan and Carola Salinas assign the same staff member to clean my home on a regular basis rather than switching cleaners from week to week. This builds trust and the comfort of familiarity. I highly recommend JC Cleaning.

They are outstanding. The woman who does the cleaning, Victoria, is great at what she does and is a very outstanding human being. My children love her. They give her birthday presents. She always remembers their birthday as well. We adore her. She does a spectacular job. Juan, the owner of the company, is always very flexible and its very easy to reschedule your appointment if you need to. I have been with them five years and I will never use anyone else.

We have used JC Cleaning Services for several years now and love their service. They do a thorough cleaning of our 5 bedroom house every other week. They are prompt and courteous and provide great value. They are completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

Juan and his crew have cleaned our home on 2 occasions so far and it has been wonderful. Mr. Salinas has a wonderful personality. It has been a privilege meeting him. In the past we have had some of the brand name cleaning crews come and we always ended up cleaning after they left, not so with J.C.Cleaning. Our home has never looked better and that includes when I clean it! The professional manner in which the cleaning has been handled was just great. I will definitely recommend Juan and his crew to everyone I know. The $160.00 was a first time charge.

Mr. Salinas, owner of JC Cleaning Service came in to my home and gave me an estimate for what was going to be only a one time house cleaning after a party. I agreed to their very fair estimate after I had already consulted two other companies whose prices were higher. I was surprised to see that Mr. Salinas himself showed up the day we agreed on with the cleaning crew. This was very important to me having the owner personally supervise and clean my home. I felt comfortable right away. It was like no other service I had before. They were professional, on time, they paid attention to the smallest details. Moved furniture to clean behind places you wouldn't normally see. They were extra careful with expensive possesions. They impressed me with the way they dispossed of everything after my house. In other words they don't carry germs or anything from house to house. Their cleaning products were wonderful. They took out stains that I had from weeks prior. They left my house smelling and looking impeccable!! Everyone that comes to visit after they come in is very impressed of the way my house looks now. I have since contracted them for weekly service and they do a superb job!! I highly recommend them!! I have referred them to family and friends and they are always happy with their services. Recently I contracted them to clean my office and all I can say is my office has never looked so clean!! You can breath a cleaner air when you walk in. On Father's Day I gave my dad a gift certificate from JC Cleaning Service. He used it towards cleaning his garage that he hadn't cleaned in about 20 years. You can actually park a car in there now! I was very impressed to find out this is also a service they provide. JC Cleaning Service is a company that stands out from the rest because of the dedication and personal attention from its owner operator and his wonderful helpers! I put my word behind it! I have been very happy with the service from JC Cleaning Service from the start. There has never been any problems.

Great experience. I have used JC Cleaning several times over the past 6 months. Juan and his crew have been on-time, every time, and sometimes with very late notice. Juan is very kind and professional. He is good at finding out exactly what you would like to be done before starting and then checking with you (especially on the first time) to see if there is anything additional that you would like to be cleaned or sorted. I have been particularly impressed that even the kettle shines when they are done. They are professional residential and commercial cleaners, so, as far as the house, it was very clean when they were done. For allergy and bacteria transfer reasons, they prefer to use on-site tools (such as vacuums, brooms, etc). At first, I thought this was a little strange, but then I was thankful that they were smart enough to NOT be the cause of transferring someone else's bacteria and dirt into my home (by way of vacuum, mop, broom, etc). They also followed up with me in the following days to make sure I was satisfied with how it all went. They did exactly what I would expect and I was very pleased!

His service is SO reliable. He is always here on the day he says he's going to be here and the exact time he says he's going to be here. He has GREAT manners and is very polite. He cleans from top to bottom, literally, anything that needs to be cleaned he's on it. He is the first cleaner I've never had to tell to clean something or to do a better job at something. I have never told him would you please make sure to do this or ask him to pay more attention to specific areas. He just walks in and does a wonderful job. He is a very smart man and knows exactly what products to use. He is very careful and I know that all of my expensive things are going to be taken care of. He is VERY honest and I would absolutely trust him with any of my belongings. His integrity is something that makes me feel very comfortable. He is someone I could give a key to my house for and he would not touch anything he shouldn't. He does VERY thorough cleaning and I would highly recommend him. It is very easy to communicate with him and he is highly intelligent. He also is very easy to have him in our space. It's as though no one is intruding in your home, he makes us feel very comfortable. He will clean around us while we are working without asking. He will not invade our privacy in any way and is not intrusive by conversing or cleaning in the area that I might be working in. He is also very animal friendly, which is great to know for anyone who has pets. He has a big family so I'm sure he's wonderful with children as well. I would also like to note that his price is EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality of the work that he does. I would consider his price to be amazing considering how wonderful he is. His entire business is held to the same standard of his own personal cleaning work. He has been in the business for many years so he has a lot of experience.

In the past we have used other cleaning services that were more expensive and less diligent. We are VERY pleased with their services and recommend them to our friends.

Mr. Salinas was very good. His price was a little high, but he and his crew did a great job. I spent $180. It was $30 more than I usually pay to get my house cleaned. They were thorough. I have wood floors. They did a good job on the floors. They cleaned up very well. I’d recommend them to others.
