+ -1 moreAndrew Cotsimopoulos, owner of Ground Works, LLC Total Property Care, is a true professional and perfectionist! He always called to confirm, was always on time and did outstanding work. He went above and beyond by doing little 'extras' to bring the work up to his standards. The shutters needed a special paint to cover the screws so they would match the panels. He went out of his way to have paint made that matched the panel cover! The mailbox was installed with extra care and looks great. He is outstanding and you can always be sure the work he does will be rated 'EXCELLENT'. I agree totally with the other customer feedback...reliable, trustworthy, competent, responsible and exceeds expectations!
Description of Work: Installed new mailbox and pole, repaired shutter that was 'blown off' in last storm, cleaned and sealed opening in side of chimney that had been invaded by birds.
