We could not be happier with the service Sam and the crew provided. They adjusted the color on the last coat to make sure we were pleased with the finished project! My husband and I recently purchased a home that had carpet in the entire downstairs. The previous owners had 2 dogs and a cat that left the carpet in a less than favorable condition and smell. After reading reviews, we contact Sam at Floors Bay about new flooring. We ideally wanted install to happen before move in day and Sam made it happen. He was prompt, recommended LVP flooring since it is waterproof and this was a lower level of the house, his estimate was very affordable. His team was very kind and when they needed to come back the next day to complete, they made sure someone was here at 6am to finish the job before the movers came. We couldn’t be happier with the final product.

+ 1 moreThe process with Mike went very well and he was very easy to work with on getting the three things I needed done at a home I am selling. The crews were very good and finished on time as scheduled for the work, which was quite a bit. Prices were fine and the schedule we arranged worked as arranged. I would use this company again in the future. My only issue with this company is they could upgrade estimate form as they are using estimate forms from the 1950's and can do better. This is in comparison to how their payment system functions (email with link into PayPal), which was excellent, but their old fashioned forms for estimates really needs an upgrade. If this old fashioned form is industry standard, things need to change.

+ -1 moreThey did an amazing job. They were prompt and the price was the lowest I ever found and I looked everywhere. Sam worked around our schedule and finished the job in 3 days. New shoe molding, they removed the tooled and the sink base and covered all built in fixtures. Sam came to inspect the work before we made the final payment. Would use again in a heart beat and highly recommend for anyone trying to love their hardwood floors again. He saved us a lot of money, not only by giving us this amazing price but also by advising us not to replace the floor and just sand and refinish it. Thanks again Sam!

+ -1 moreWe ended up taking a very small amount off of the total because I was just tired of the ridiculous circles we were going in and thought it was crazy he didn't want to come see for himself how his work crew finished our floors. I'm stuck with rough, poorly finished floors that I almost still paid full price for. I won't make that mistake again!!
Description of Work: I had Floorsbay install new wood floors in my kitchen and finger joint it in to my existing family room and then sand and restain it all. They left very visible, white wood filler in the seams where the new flooring was joined in to the existing wood. I made them come back and attempt to fix this and all they did was shove some tinted filler on top. I can tell that it will wear off and the white will show again. Also, the poly finish on all of the flooring had multiple areas of bumps and bubbles. I asked the owner 2 times to come and take a look at the defecfs in the floor. He clearly didn't care to come and see the issues and told me he didn't know when, "but sometime" his installer could stop buy and maybe fix a couple of patches. It was most of the flooring, not something that could be fixed in a couple of areas.

The installers were punctual, professional and did an excellent job of installing a great deal of hardwood flooring in our house. The little touches they did really said a lot about their willingness to make sure we were happy with the job. I highly recommend Floorsbay to anyone who is considering having new flooring installed in their home.
Description of Work: Removed old carpeting and installed new hardwood flooring in living room and hallway to match the kitchen flooring. Moved furniture, fixed squeaks in underlayment. Installed new stair treads and risers.

+ 3 moreWhen we met with Soosan we just wanted to look at the tile samples for our master bathroom and we didn't know much about tiles and what is good or recommended for the job. She gave us a range of choices of quality and the price for the tiles. In convenience of our home we chose the product that was perfect with the style of our home, we got the estimate for the job and set an installation date.
Description of Work: We have changed our master bathroom's floor with the new tiles. We also replaced the shower wall tiles and floor tiles and the size of the shower door. We replaced our showerhead, painted the wall, and put up molding around the door frame of the shower.
