Description of Work: I bought a Living Social voucher with these guys and have finally given up ever being able to use it. I called numerous times to schedule an appt and never got a live person. I left voicemails which were never returned. I e-mailed Living Social to see if they were still in business and they said they were and had contacted the company on my behalf. The next time I called and left a voicemail I did get a return call, so I figured progress was being made. However, they could not come out for 6 weeks which was kind of surprising. So, I set up my appointment for Saturday December 10th even though it was two weekends before Christmas and I knew I would have a ton of other things to do. However, figured I'd better strike while the iron was hot. Needless to say, Saturday came and went with them not showing nor calling to cancel. I tried calling three times just to say "hey, if you aren't coming I get it, but don't let me waste my entire Saturday waiting for you." No return calls to any of the three calls I made. I called Living Social and got my money back, but Living Social said they had a ton of complaints about this company and would not allow Eco Green to be hosted through Living Social again. Maybe they are better if you're a regular customer, but I think you could find someone easier to work with.

+ -1 moreMy overal experience from them was that they were very unproffesional and didn't appear they were interested in doing the work. It took me over 2months to get an appointment. Each time I called I never got a live person....it was always an answering machine. When I finally got an appointment they cancelled at the last minute. So I had to wait another month for them to finally come out. I had to call them 4 or 5 times to confirm. Still never spoke to a live person but they would call me back but no message. The day of the appointment they showed up on time. When I went to pay he charged me an additional charge of $25 for the stairs. I said I did not have any cash he said he would take a check. I asked if I should make it out to Eco Green he said no and showed me his ID to make it out directly to him. After I wrote the check I thought he was just contract employee of Eco Green. He didn't speak much English. He said it would take about 3-4hours to dry but it actually took 24hours. It was clean but that is a long time for drying.
Description of Work: They did a carpet cleaning.
