He checked all the boxes - timely communication, scheduling, notice before arriving, candid about not needing a new disposal after pulling out a mangled piece of something plastic, diligently completing a not easy to do faucet and stopper replacement plus old, sticking, leaking turn on/off valves under the sink, and all around professional and pleasant. Excellent!
