Quick & polite & fast.

Initially customer service was very good. However, after the work was done and re-work was require D&D did not return calls or failed to follow through on their services. The plantings were subpar and many died. Though under warranty, D&D has yet to replace the dead plants. They told me back in July they would and now it is October and I am still waiting. Now it is too late to replace this year. I can only hope they will honor their warranty come spring. I have left numerous emails and calls and have heard nothing for over two months. For what I paid I expected better quality and service. Very disappointed.

They were very responsive to our request for an estimate and gave us a really good price. We waited about a week for our first mowing, so contacted them again to see when they would mow. They said they were delayed due to rainy weather (true) and would come the next day. When we came home in the late afternoon, we were delighted to see our overgrown, scruffy lawn all neatly mown and trimmed. It looks so much better than we could accomplish ourselves! Although my husband was a little insulted that I wasn't satisfied with his efforts, he's now happy to let D&D take over.

The work is beautiful and we've received nothing but compliments. They were very patient while we had other work done to our home. I was a little disappointed that their estimate didn't cover all of the work they ended up doing, but all of the additional work was cleared with me, and it wasn't a budget breaker. Donald did a great job of making sure he understood what we wanted, and staying in constant contact. He took the time to show us samples of his concept, and incorporating our requested elements.

Knowlegable, on time, very well trained. Mr. Gibbs was my contact and he is very good. This is an on-going project. He actually also completed my foundation project and did it well. Price is reasonable.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the tree service personnel. I was very concerned about the tree being trimmed and did not want it to be damaged. The staff arrived on time with all the necessary safety items to help prevent my tree from getting damaged by disease. The job went smooth and they left the area very clean . I would definately use them in the future to keep my trees trimmed away from the house.

I was not pleased with the results of the cut. He missed a few spots with the trimming and there were several areas where the blades of the mower deck had cut the grass lower than the rest of the lawn. I was hoping for the lawn to appear that is was professionally mowed. The result I was hoping for was the professional striping left by the mower cutting the lawn in opposite directions. Most importantly though is that a piece of my siding now has huge hole in it and I am still waiting for D&D to get back to me on this issue.
