Brandon was extremely responsive and even came by to take a look at an exterior exhaust fan soon after I called to ensure he would be able to complete the task. We had been through two other contractors who were not able to find a solution to our issue, and it took Brandon no time at all to find a fix. Professional, prompt, and felt like he offered a very fair price for services. Highly recommend!!

 + -1 moreGreat! Brandon is great to work with. He does an excellent job. He cased in four large doorways in our open plan home. He also trimmed in 13 windows in our home, which was no small task. He had to remove all the sills and replace them because they were not cut wide enough to allow for future casing. Brandon is fair, honest, punctual, and always professional. He protects floors and leaves the house clean when he's finished. I would recommend him without hesitation!
Description of Work: Replaced window sills, cased/trimmed in all windows, and cased/trimmed in all doorways in our home.

We had purchased the products and decided not to attempt them on our own. Brandon did an amazing job on the backsplash and the floors. The lines are exact. I couldn't be happier with the finished product or the pricing. Top notch.
Description of Work: Installed tile backsplash in kitchen. Ripped out existing bathroom floors and installed ceramic tile.

He is very honest about if something needs to be done or may be over the top. I trust his judgement 100%. I don't even bother getting multiple estimates any more because he always gives us a fair price, and there was an occasion where it even came in under the estimate! I would recommend him to anyone for any home improvement project big or small.

Description of Work: I had a "dead" area on my second story and he turned it into a closet/storage area for vacuums, etc. He also converted an area under my staircase into a great bookshelf with doors. He was prompt, courteous, and his work was very detailed and precise. I love the job he did!

Description of Work: Removed and installed a new low-maintenance railing system on the front porch, installed a handrail on the back deck, replaced rotting wood around exterior garage doors and second-floor windows with low-maintenance manufactured polymer "wood", and made and installed custom shadow boxes to dress the interior second floor entry way.

 + 1 moreI called Brandon for an estimate. He had excellent turn around time. He was able to break the jobs we need done around the house into separate jobs so that we can do them at different times. He took all the measurements and gave us a bunch of options. He had the door in with no trouble. We are using him again soon for trim and casing. I would recommend him to anyone. He is highly skilled, honest, and professional.
Description of Work: Brandon was great from start to finish. He was responsive and always on time. He installed a storm door and built the frame to hang it. The finished product is top notch. He is going to do more work for us in the near future - trim and casing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: Brandon was a pleasure to work with as we moved into our new home. He completed the renovation of a living room into a home office by adding drywall and french doors, as well as added some electrical outlets to our basement and hallway areas. Brandon was always very professional, on time and courteous. He kept his work area very clean and worked around a number of other contractors we had in our home at the same time. I found him to be very reasonable in terms of cost and he finished his work efficiently. He also installed some garage door openers for us. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brandon/Crawford Built. To find a contractor who is on time, reasonable, professional and meticulous in his work is rare! We found Brandon to be all three.

 + 3 moreEverything with Crawfordbuilt was wonderful from start to finish. Brandon Crawford, owner, gave me a fair estimate of the jobs I needed done and performed them with a professionalism I have not had from any other home improvement contractor.
Description of Work: Crawfordbuilt can do almost anything. I had them do the following: Insulate my attic; replaced doors; renovate bathroom; replace column in front of my house; replace ceiling drywall. They are extremely punctual, affordable, dependable, left a clean area and their craftsmanship was terrific.
