Cabinet & More

I stopped by the store to look at samples and they were very helpful. They ordered larger samples for me to take home and quoted me a per square foot price. It was one number without all of the various cents for removal, price for installation, price for furniture removal. They kept it very simple and quoted a competitive price. One of the partners came to measure, arriving at the time of the appointment and accommodating my schedule. He wrote up a more exact estimate quoting a higher installation price, but once he confirmed that his partner had quoted "last year's price", he honored it and did the job for the original quoted per square foot price. Once the carpet arrived, it was installed quickly and the workers were extremely professional, left the area clean and were happy to leave me the large leftover pieces of carpet and padding just in case. I'd use them again. It looks great.

The quality of materials used and installation by subcontracted 3rd party were good. However Cabinets and More customer service was poor overall- and follow-up was limited to non-existent. The store representatives were not helpful and were at times rude. Cabinets and More had poor communication with subcontractor which resulted in confusion of work to be performed. Bottom line- while the work was completed and done well (thanks to the subcontractor), we would not recommend Cabinets and More.
