The house looks like a new model home. We started the siding project during mild period this winter, but we got caught with the record blizzard. The crew had to hold off a couple of weeks to finish up the project and had to deal with some tuff winter conditions. Very happy with the results.

We recently purchased our home, and found out during the inspection that there were a couple leaks in the roof. Like... drip drip drip above my head leaks. I contacted three companies, but oddly, only C2 Operations actually responded. I loved Chris from the start. He responded within one business day, and said he would be available later in the week to inspect and repair the leaks. Imagine my surprise when I got out of work the following day to a voicemail that he was done! His service manager made time to come out early due to snow in the forecast. Chris described the issues they resolved (listed below), and as others have mentioned even provided pictures. -- two nail holes found in roof -- loose ridge vent with exposed and rusted nails (leak) -- failing pipe collar Chris was fantastic. I will absolutely be contacting C2 again should I ever need roof help in the future.

The roof is relatively large, very high off of the ground, and steep, so I am pretty uncomfortable with going up there myself. I tried to fix the leak, but the job required a professional roofer. The roof leak was underneath the ridge vent and was difficult to find and difficult to access. After C2 Operations performed the roof maintenance service, the roof was still leaking. When I called them to come back out, I was concerned that some companies would charge extra for the additional trip. However, C2 came out and took the time to pull up the ridge vent, patch the holes, add a membrane layer, and replace the ridge vent. They did not charge extra for time or materials, they were very professional and respectful, and they charged less than our last 3 roofers (who will never be allowed back to our house). C2 Operations is our new roofer.

We were very pleased with C2 Operations. We had our gutters replaced, roof repaired, and our porch painted. Chris was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. The crew arrived when they were scheduled and cleaned up the work area after they were done. We would recommend C2 operations and would use them in the future.

The Sunday of Memorial Day weekend I noticed a spot on my bedroom ceiling and went outside to discover my roof had lost shingles in a recent storm. I had no idea who to call and knew being Memorial Day weekend I would likely not get a response--and storms were coming for the week. I searched roofers in my zip code and found the C2 website. I shot an email to the owner on his website and Chris called within minutes. He asked me to submit a request on line and he would come by as soon as possible to take a look. I had no expectation on a Sunday afternoon. I checked C2 on the Yelp! reviews and saw them highly recommended (I had two bad experiences with Yelp! in the past so I was leary). Three times must be the charm. Within the hour Chris was at my door--surprised me but I thought that was very responsive. He could see the missing shingles but could not get up on the roof until after the holiday; meanwhile he explained his pricing and maintenance program and sent a proposal. I did a little more research and felt the price was fair and I liked Chris' professional manner. I appreciated him answering my question about why he got into the business, and in the conversation I learned that he had an MBA and served in the Marines. The rains came before C2 could get to my roof but Chris communicated with me daily about his schedule. I also like that photos were provided as well as a detailed report. He also followed up after the work to address any questions or concerns I might have had. Chris' customer service is what sets him apart for me. I would highly recommend C2 to anyone and will use them again if necessary.

I contacted Chris after speaking with my next door neighbor about the need of having my shingles replace and he suggested Chris. After my phone conversation with Chris I decided to get other estimates to have something compare with. I had Chris to come out with samples and to do full assessment on the roof. When he explain in detail the work that will be done and the guarantee for the material & craftsmanship which this was consistent with the other estimates but I was really surprise when Chris gave me the total cost for the job. The cost was 35, 40 & 45% less than the other estimates and also Chris's professionalism and personally help seal the deal. His crew showed up early Tuesday morning ripped off the old shingles had the new one on by 4 pm and was all cleaned up by 5:30 the roof look great. I will highly recommend C2 Operation all the time when someone needs New shingles.

Chris was the ultimate professional. He gave me the lowest price for the highest quality shingle and added a great warranty. His team was on time and within the budget he forecasted. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone in NOVA looking for a new roof or a shingle repair.

Chris was VERY good at recognizing the problem - flashing needed to be replaced and a small portion of the roof tiles. He gave us two options. They were very prompt, did an excellent job, worked fast and were very neat.

I am very impressed with C2 Operations. Chris was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He showed up on time. And was just a pleasure to deal with. The most pleasant surprise was when his recommendation was to fix my problem without doing a lot of unnecessary work...as in costly. From the time I said to do it, he had a written estimate emailed to me that same evening. The actual time frame to do the job was within a week. And most impressive of all was the communication from him all the way up to the day of the job. That was very much appreciated. The tech who did the job was professional and had great attention to detail. I was very impressed when he noticed a few issues on my roof and fixed them without asking me or adding to the cost. Chris at C2 Operations was fantastic to work with. We sprung a leak several months ago but couldn't afford to have the roof replaced immediately; he sent his guys over right away to tarp it so we didn't suffer more damage. A different roofer told me he'd only tarp it if I paid him for the roof - hello, then wouldn't I just have the roof done?? Chris was responsive to calls and emails, patient in going over every single detail of the process, and very knowledgable about products and options. He did not nickel & dime us. His price was extremely competitive and he had a reliable team. They were also very clean - they put tarps down over the yard to catch debris and he personally went around with a magnet to pick up any wayward staples, etc. By the time they left, there was no evidence they'd been here at all! They also installed gutter covers and replaced some missing siding. Our new roof looks amazing. I can not say enough good things about Chris!
