I called and the next day I had someone from BEC meet me at the prosepective property. Every part of the evaluation was done with a serious, no-nonsense professional attitude. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to make a large investment on a building.
Description of Work: Inspected the roof, guttering, rail system integrity on a house we are looking to purchase in Great Falls. Overall, provided amazing service and pinpointed exact areas that would need attention. Even provided me with estimates from companies they recommended to do the work. Very impressed with the knowledge and overall professionalism of this company.
