BLUE SKY LANDSCAPING

We received an estimate from another company that was triple the amount that this company asked for. This was for the same service. They were very prompt and it was two days of work. I thought for the price and what they did it was excellent work.

This company went over and beyond with helping me out, even though it did not benefit them. I would highly suggest anyone needing lawn and landscaping service use them.

I found Blue Sky on Angie's List along with another 3 or 4 potential lawn maintenance companies in my area. I submitted a service request to all of them to get an estimate and idea of how much it would cost for weekly lawn maintenance. Blue Sky was the first to respond and had me setup with service within a week. They always show up when they are supposed to and do an excellent job. The customer service is fantastic too! I would totally recommend Blue Sky to anyone who needs yard services.

Found out about BS through Angie's List while looking for a company to help with lawn maintenance. After a couple of phone calls, we hooked up and have been working since. Are overall satisfied with their work.

I hired Blue Sky Landscaping to do the job because they had good ratings on Angie's List and the price estimate they gave me was very fair. They did a good job and I am happy with the finished product. I will hire them again for future projects.

Good. They missed one patch of ivy that they thought was decorative (understandably) but they came back and removed it for us promptly.

I initially contacted Blue Sky after seeing their lanscaping work in our neighborhood. It was the best Father's Day present I could have given to my husband! They arrive every Wednesday and mow/trim our .6 acre yard. The front office was prompt and professional. Our yard has never looked better. We will definitely be using them in the future for other landscaping services (leaf removal, seasonal landscaping).

It went very well. I highly recommend discussing the finer points of landscaping such as plant durability since they are very well versed in advising in these areas.

They showed up without telling me they were going to show up. They gave me the estimate and said they will contact me to set up the appointment, then later that same day my husband called to tell me they were there trimming the trees. I allow people working at my house without someone there to supervise them, so that was shocking. I wanted to cut the trees away from my home and shaped, but they cut off several branches just to get it away from the house. They didn't shape it at all. They didn't do any cosmetic work, they just left big holes. They later told my husband they didn't know that's what I wanted. I told them the walk way was too low and I needed it repaired. I expected them to give me a quote and tell me how to repair it properly, but they just started filling it for dirt. So, we stopped them at that and asked them for a quote for fixing it. So the guy came out the next day to look it over and talk to my husband and I got the quote 20 days later.

Matt cam for estimate and did a thorogh job. Estimate was e-mailed to me next day. Rachel the front office person was very helpful. The day of the worrk they were somewhat late arriving. The lateness could be forgiven given the EXCELLENT customer service rendered. The job was done well and the men made sure that everything was how I wanted it. Price was very reasonable for what they did. I would defintelly use them again.

They gave me a pretty reasonable estimate. I haven't selected them yet, because I want to drive around and look at their work. I also want to get some more estimates. The man was on-time and prompt. He listened to what I wanted and told me what he was going to do. He gave me a list of plants and prices, as well as a verbal explanation. I would've liked him to give me a drawing of his ideas.

They were on time, inexpensive and worked really hard to finish in one day. I was very impressed!

We have the most AMAZING mowing service ever! The fellows come once a week like clockwork and are done and gone in under ten minutes. Beautiful job and we are truly happy we took their advice on leaving the clippings in place now that the heat has arrived. Our lawn is the only green one on the block!

AMAZING from the first phone call. Rachel in the office is a great person to deal with; clear and concise about services and schedules. Jim Adams came out and walked the property, provided a detailed list of work needed and an estimate for an extremely reasonable price for the work to be done. As an example, they did ALL of our requested work for ONE THIRD of what our neighbor paid to have only mulch installed! The work cews did a remarkable job -- perfect work and we are thrilled with the new look. We are now on their weekly mowing schedule (again a remarkable price!) and seasonal lawn service. Thank you, all!

I called for estimate, which was responded to in less than 24 hours. Work started within 2 days, and have done an excellent job each time they cut and trim the lawn.

Collection of leaves went fine. Husband was outside watching work being done. Took less than hone hour and being generous half a truck load of leaves. Truck immediately went across the street to collect leaves from neighbors yard. We were charged for two hours labor and for a full truckload of leaves. When we pointed this out to the owner of Blue Sky and paid only the amount of money reflecting the amount of work done, we were sent a subsequent bill requesting the remainder. This is the second year in a row that we have been overcharged. Last year we meekly paid the full amount billed after having no success with the owner on the telephone. I previously filed a report praising Blue Sky, I respectively request that this report supercede the previous one.

This company does a fantastic job. I've never had any trouble and the work is quite professional. I highly recommend this company.

The mow and trim the lawn. They blow the driveway and sidewalk. They do a real nice job and complete the task quickly.

Matt Pitcher and his workers at Blue Sky Landscaping have been exceptional from start to finish. They have cut down and removed trees and stumps, trimmed hedges and grass, mulched, raked leaves and done other general landscaping work at our home in Oakton, VA for several years. Their crews are always punctual and the price is exactly as quoted. It is difficult to find a company with integrity and workers I trust to be on our property like the folks at Blue Sky Landscaping. I have also seen several of their other landscaping jobs with walkways, pavers and retaining walls all done with a professional finish and beautiful look. I am saving up money to hire them for patio and walkway work at our home.
