+ -1 moreAfter they performed the work they told me the price was $350+. None of the pricing matched what was quoted on the phone. The tech tried calling several people at the office and none were helpful at all. A classic bait and switch and they don't honor their pricing or support their staff.
Description of Work: Called ahead and asked what cost was for locksmith to be present at an eviction and to replace the door locks (just the install as I already purchased the hardware). Was quoted $255.

Description of Work: Re-keyed locks on new home. Prompt and quick service. In the future, I think this can be done on our own with a kit from the hardware store much cheaper. But we would consider them for any other type of lock related service.

+ -1 moreThis was an expensive experience given the emergency call, the second service call plus the expense of the hardware, rekeying, new keys, etc. However, I would not hesitate to call Baldino's again -- they were very timely, professional and friendly. I also learned that even locksmiths hide keys.
Description of Work: Initially, they made an emergency call on a Saturday evening as my door lock broke/malfunctioned and I was locked out. They arrived within 30 minutes of the call, made entry through a back door (for which the key was inside the house) and fixed the front door lock and advised it should be replaced. Several weeks later, they came back and installed new locksets on both doors and keyed them identically.
