We were referred by our Realtor to Anatomy Home Inspection. I emailed him late one evening to ask a few questions & I was surprised to have a response 1st thing in the morning. I emailed him to get an idea what his schedule was for the following week & somehow he did not receive my request. Our Realtor followed up to find that the inspector never received my mssg. Anyway, the inspection went well, he checked all the items I thought he would & found a few things that needed to be repaired in the future & a few that needed to be done now. Overall, he was very professional & he did a good job. I was hoping he would get on the roof but I'm not seeing that as part of their inspection. (He viewed the roof through a scope.)The BONUS was he has specials on his site & he also gave us a military discount, we were pleased.

I am a first time homebuyer and a single female. I do not have any experience or clue about home repair, so needless to say I was nervous about this process of home inspection. I walked away from this home inspection feeling confident and well educated on my decision for the next steps in the contract. Mr Enright answered all of my questions that went above and beyound the scope of a home inspection. He also put my report in a three-ring binder with colored photos he took to support his findings. He even included a book of information for homebuyers.
