OUTSTANDING!! Don't call anyone else, but APPS. Bobby, David, Sebastian and Johnny - great team and did an amazing job. Had also called another service to compare estimate of the job - not even close to the quality of the repair that APPS did. Had to dig 20 feet down in my front yard, shore up the walls to repair the broken pipe. Their pricing is fair - and who wouldn't pay a little more for a great resolution vs. a lesser quality repair. These guys are professional, their word is good and about as honest a sub as there could ever be. I knew exactly what they were doing, when they would arrive, when they would be done, etc. Even had to leave two of the days with them still working and left my house open for them. They closed everything down each day, locked my house and I never had a concern about anything. THANKS GUYS, you're the best!

Contractor arranged to visit with my tenant and arrived on time. The contractor was actually based in West Virginia, not Leesburg, which is why I contacted them in the first place. The estimate was extremely high -- they wanted nearly 4000 dollars to replace the hot water heater. Granted, it is a "power vent" and would cost more. I paid him the visit fee and found another contractor. Got it replaced by another company for only 1800 dollars.

They called me to let me know their expected time of arrival. He explained what he would do and proceeded to change the the disposal. When the job was done, the work looked great, they removed the old equipment and the work area was completely clean and dry and the equipment ran smoothly and quietly. They then gave me a quote for the utility sink that was very reasonable and they could perform the work the same day. He explained in detail what he would do and it was obvious (at least from my point of view) that it would not be a simple installation to ensure it was done per code. This is where his expertise and professionalism showed through and made me feel we were in good hands. I was so very happy with their service and I was really appreciative that they went the extra mile to make sure the installed sink looked great. I would highly recommend this company and Bobby for your plumbing needs.

Bobby came to the rescue and found it was not the shower at all, but the bathtub!!! He was thorough, professional and so knowledgeable! We would highly recommend this company. They are the best!!!!

In December of 2016, we needed a new water heater. Dave come out and assessed the situation. He pointed out that previous plumber had placed the water heater on a dirt floor underneath the old part of our house. The water heater should have been placed on bricks to prevent the rusting that happened with the old heater. Dave also noted that the water heater they would install would be off higher quality. I did some research and concluded this was so. You can get less expensive water heaters but they are not as well-made. Dave promised a crew (his brother and one other plumber) would return the next day. They did so early in the morning. The removed the old heater and installed the new one, on bricks with a drip pan. They also noted that shutoff values should have been installed to isolate the well pressure tank from the rest of the system. They also notes that a sand filter trap should have been installed to prevent sand from the well scouring the inside of the pipes and also filling-up with sand the PH corrector the same previous plumber had installed. They also noted that the supply line from the pressure tank to the rest of the system went from 1" to 3/4" and then back to 1" reducing water pressure. These things were all corrected, the work done neatly, every recommendation was explained and justified. As a side note, previous to their visit, I had noticed last summer when refilling the PH corrector medium that the PH tank filled up with the medium more quickly than expected - now I realize that the tank was/is half filled with sand that I will need to suck out with a Shop-vac or something. At least the PH tank can now be isolated w/o turning off the water to everything else. The told me how to purge the sand filter - which would need to be done regularly - which I then neglected until the previously fabulous water pressure became poor. In April I called for them to return to help as the sand filter had A LOT of fine sand trapped. I repeatedly tried purging the filter which only helped for a day or so. The sand was caked on and wouldn't purge. Dave called back quickly and reminded me to turn off the water using the previously installed shutoffs, open the purge value to relive pressure and the unscrew the filter body and remove the filter and swish it in a bucket of water to removed the sand. Problem solved! 5 minutes. These are the best, most informative plumbers we have ever used. They have a client for life. This is want you want in a service provider. Not the cheapest but the best.

Dave and Bobby are the best!! They put a camera down the pipes to see what was causing my toilet to back up over and over. Turns out settling and lack of proper grading of pipes caused the water, etc to not flow correctly. They showed me the video and explained everything to me. They dug up the concrete and basically rebuilt the sewer piping from the bathroom to where it goes out if the house. Then they put gravel and concrete back into the trenches they dug after testing the system with 1) me using it all weekend and 2) their professional testing procedures. They cleaned up after themselves and even winterized my outdoor hose after using it because cold weather was coming!! This was not a cheap project but the cost was lower than I expected after hearing some horror stories from others who have had similar problems.

Dave came by to check out a problem with our hot water becoming lukewarm after just a few minutes of running the shower. He inspected our gas hot water heater but determined that, although it would likely need replacing in another year or so, it was still functional. He checked our shower faucet and found it was the cause of our water becoming lukewarm due to calcium buildup. A much cheaper solution than a water heater replacement. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable, sharing helpful tips throughout his visit. I would highly recommend his services.

I recently had a leak coming into my basement ceiling and turned to Angie’s list to find a plumber. American Professional Plumbing Services didn’t have the most reviews out there, but to me, its quality versus quantity and I liked what I read. The entire experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I called, the lady on the phone was friendly, energetic and was able to squeeze me in that day to send out someone to help me with the leak. That afternoon, Bobby and a helper came out to inspect the leak. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue without tearing apart my drywall. Not only that, but I had been having an issue with my water temperature that I figured I could address while I had a plumber already at the house. Bobby was able again to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Throughout his visit, he was personable and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and the science behind it. The price to diagnose and fix these issues was also very reasonable – which is always appreciated! A week later I was having an issue with a newly installed washing machine (that was NOT installed by American Professional Plumbing Services), but when I called the installation company they couldn’t send someone out for almost a week. Panicked by the thought of having no washing machine, I called American Professional Plumbers again to see if maybe they could squeeze in a visit for me. The next day Dave, the owner, came out and quickly fixed the issue with my washing machine hoses and also took a look at my water heater while he was there. He, too, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain several plumbing questions we had. Dave did not even charge us for the visit since it was a quick fix for him. I was shocked. These days it is hard to find companies that provide that level of customer service! I will absolutely turn to American Professional Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend that you do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Great. Master plumber arrived on time; was professional; presented options and left us with some good plumbing maintenance tips.

The inspection was very detailed and thorough and he showed me areas that can be improved to help the system run more efficiently. This service was well worth the price and I would hire them again in the future.

Dave is a **** of a plumber. If you want someone honest and professional to do the job then go with American Professional Plumbing. Dave not only inspected by Sump pump but reinstalled the whole system after showing me how it was incorrectly installed by my builders. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and his prices are fair. I will be hiring dave for future work in my house.

Davis showed up on time and was professional and thorough. He had to cut into the ceiling and an upstairs wall and made sure that everything was covered to avoid the dust. He located the source of the water leak and did it in a methodical manner. David explained each step along the way and made me feel comfortable about what he was doing. When the leak was located, David even did some additional things like looking at our sump pump without additional cost. We were very happy with the service and will use this service again.

The plumber was on time and did a professional job to include cleaning up the work site. They only use high quality parts and materials and took time out to explain what they were doing and how everything worked. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you may need around the company your house.

It went well. Bobby showed up when he promised and fixed the problem without breaking in the drywall and creating additional needed fixes. This is the only plumbing service I would ever use and you can be sure that the work will be done correctly. It is also guaranteed!!!

Out of all the different work he has done, not one call back was needed. We keep him busy on our estate and he always delivers.

His work is completely flawless, and where before there were spots of purple along the piping before from the previous work done (they got the glue everywhere), this job was meticulous! He is reasonably priced, and reliable. His experience speaks for itself. Highly recommended!
