Description of Work: After having problems with other fireplace outlets that didn't know how to handle propane, I thought I would try Amazing Flame based on reviews. For the first time since we had a propane fireplace, the service person knew what the heck they were doing. It is now running the best it has ever been since we owned it. They are a bit pricey, but then again they got it done right the first time.

Description of Work: Exceptional, friendly, extremely skilled technician who clearly explained options with no pressure to replace existing system with a new. It so happens that it made sense to do so. Price for service call, remote and replacement system very competitive. They will be our go-to guys from now on!

Description of Work: Called them when the pilot light on my gas fireplace wouldn't come on. Service man cleaned out the pilot light, cleaned the logs and re-placed them, and inspected the entire system. Now back to working like new.

Description of Work: They were great in all areas. I definitely would use them again for fireplace repair. We had a bad wire. The technician fixed that and installed a small heat shield for the wire.

Description of Work: I was impressed by their professionalism; however, he said I needed a new remote for the fireplace which was $95. That just seems ridiculous for a small piece of plastic that only switches on and off. My old one showed the temperature and had a delay function. I'm still burned by the price.

Description of Work: Scott did a fantastic job finding the problem and replacing the part. He also cleaned the entire fire place so it looked much better. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We had purchased a new fire log set and had it installed by a different company. We had some issues with nuisance flame-outs. Amazing Flame came out and we thought we had it fixed on the first visit. We still had some issues and called them again. They sent out two service men and they spent a couple of hours figuring out the problem...no charge. These guys show up on time, are very professional and know WAY more about fire log sets than I ever hope to. Would call them again in a heartbeat

Description of Work: Great job! Installed new fireplace logs,igniter system -- the whole works. Had to special order the unit to have it installed in time for the Holidays. Service rep was especially accommodating. Everything went as planned. Would definitely use Amazing Flame again.

Description of Work: (Cost is a rough guess, as it has been several months since the service.) We didn't know anything about the ventless heater that came with our sun room when we bought our house, so the technician tuned up and repaired the heater, while patiently explaining to us everything we needed to know about the unit. He arrived promptly, cleaned up afterward thoroughly, and was very professional throughout. We would not have felt confident running the heater without his help.
