The guys were true professionals from beginning to end. They reviewed options with me and provided a quote that was very competitive. They were helpful with working thru the HOA process and were flexible about scheduling time to get things done. They were friendly and respectful of our property keeping things cleaned up as the work was done. We love the finished product and would definitely recommend them.

He gave me the lowest price for a privacy fence around my patio. He said he would need 50% of immediately for materials. After getting my HOA approval, I contacted him and he gave me a date, June 13th. When I tried to confirm it, he said he would be out of town on a trip his wife had set up. He said he would come the following Wednesday, the 17th. When I called him that morning to confirm, he said he was very backed up and would come on Sunday, the 21st. He didn't show up. That's three times he has failed to show up for the work.

The work was done very professionally and quickly. Crew cleaned up everything, including old fence materials. Fence looks terrific and we were very pleased with the entire process.

He was going to refactor them, he said it wouldn't take much time, scheduled appointments. I cancelled appointments for him. He was too busy he couldn't get to me, excuses as to why he couldn't be here. He never shows up. He said he had hired a contractor that didn't work out, I need my back yard secured, he told me the other day he would be here by noon, he didn't get here til after 3. He borrowed screws from me, and went to home depot so many times. An hour ago, he tells me he is done, and said I needed to get my son to do it. I owed him 450 gave a check for 250. He wants all of it, or nothing. A little bit later he came back to fix, I told him no, I am done with him, and he kicks the gate and breaks it, I have a pool back here and kids in the neighborhood. It needs to be fixed, he told me get someone else to fix it.

I purchased the $99 deal on November 29, 2014. During my initial contact with Tom, the owner of All Phase Fence, he asked if he could come by on a Saturday. At this point, I do not recall what circumstances on his end led to that appointment being cancelled. I do recall he was going on vacation around this time. By the time we spoke again, the weather had turned (winter) and when I next contacted Tom he said he'd have to pick-up the Angie's List people in April. He also mentioned was getting "slammed" with the Angie's List deal. I contacted Tom in March to remind him that I was still interested in his services. In early April, I re-contacted him to try to get on his schedule. It was a Monday and he said he would come out that Friday morning to look at the job. When he failed to show on Friday, I once again contacted him. He said he had forgotten about our appointment and couldn't make it that day. We rescheduled for Tuesday at 10:30am. Again, I had to call him when he failed to show-up. He said he was working in the rain, he was sick and was going home to bed, so he was not going to make it. He offered to come the following day. He also said, "The Angie's List $99 jobs are not worth it." It's unbelievable to me that he hadn't considered this before he put himself out there! I told him I had plenty more than $99 worth of work, but I would find someone else to do the job. We hung up, but he called me right back to apologize. I told him I was sorry he was sick, but it just appears he has one excuse after another. I also told him I had read recent poor reviews on Angie's List from customer who have had similar experiences getting him out to look over the job or finish the job, so I wasn't interested in his services at this point. Frankly, based on my experience with All Phase Fence, and after reading the reviews on Angie's List from November 2014 forward, I have lost all confidence in their ability to get the job done on a timely basis. What a waste of time!

It has been almost four months since I hired All Phase, and so far, they have taken money for materials and have not performed. I have had several dates scheduled for them to install the gates, but they don't show up and they don't call. I have made numerous calls and get promises of completion, but it doesn't happen. I have a pool, big dogs, and llve in a neighborhood. It is imperative that my gates work properly. Fortunately, they can't be opened as they are now. But, I also can't have my lawn mowed, mulch delivered or anything else in the back yard unless it can be brought through the house. I am so very disappointed in this company. I think they over extended themselves, and this little old lady can wait while they appease the big dollar clients. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their work may be good (i don't know as I haven't seen it) but their customer service is awful. Granted the snow and rain has been an issue at times, but they have had plenty of time to get this small job taken care of. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and now am so very disappointed in them, I would never recommend them to anyone. Update...this contractor took five days to do two gates. He left my gates in a horrible state, unfinished and the workmanship was like first year shop students. He left a gap underneath that my little dog could escape through and he said he was finished long before the gates appeared so. After a vulgar exchange on his part, he proceeded to beat my latch with a hammer, and then left, leaving my yard open to a huge liability. This vandalism was witnessed, so police became involved. I had an amature carpenter come in and make repairs, and the gate is one hundred times better looking and more functional than when this guy left it. His temper, his vulgar mouth and his lacking business sense makes it difficult for me to find any good in his work.

It took two months to get him to come out here. He said for $99.00 not much could be done. He stated that it would cost an additional $250.00 on top of the $99.00 I already spent. He is very difficult to schedule. He has no courtesy. He hasn't followed up with an estimate. I don't want the work done with him at all.

I purchased the $99 fence maintenance package from All Phase Fence on 11/27/14 and contacted the company to schedule the service. They said that they would come complete the work by 12/06/14. The day came and went and they never showed up to do the work. I e-mailed them once to see if they could tell me when they would come and never heard back. I e-mailed and called to request a refund from them and again never heard back from them. I was a bit surprised given that they had good reviews here and I've had very good experiences with other AL deals. It is possible that they are more responsive given large jobs where they can make thousands, but then they should not offer the $99 package. I would eventually replace my fence, so this initial small job could have led to a larger job but I'm never using this company again. Caveat Emptor -- buyer beware and especially if you are considering handing your cash to this company in advance of them doing any work.

We got in touch with Tom when we first bought our house and he did a survey and gave us a very accurate estimate. When we were finally ready to move ahead with our fence, he got done almost a week earlier than planned. His team was punctual and efficient, a real pleasure to work with. Before we paid in full, Tom came back to check on the work and ensure that we were satisified. Would definitely recommend.

Tom's team did a great job - the price was right, the quality was excellent, the service was very professional, and the turn-around time was great as well. Will use for all my future fencing needs.

The guys with All Phase Fence Inc. did a fantastic job with our fencing. They were prompt, professional and courteous. The owner, Tom Britton, made sure to discuss all aspects of the fencing project in advance to ensure we got what we wanted. Our project was slightly complicated as it involved installation of several types of fencing in three different locations, as well as repairs to an existing fence. Yet the entire job was completed to our satisfaction. The materials are beautiful and the installation very professional. Once the project was complete, the owner personally came back to check on the work and make sure we were happy. I would recommend using All Phase Fence Inc for all your fencing needs.
