+ -1 moreUnit came with house we purchased. They have repaired it twice over time and just keep it going. Replaced capacitor and fan motor, topped off freon. Described how they would do a new install in 1 day, not 3 a local outfit quoted. Explained why Same rated system would still work fine, then described how they would use existing metal ducting and how they flush and clean the lines. Savings, overs $3,000 on local quote who insisted on ripping everything out! They even schedule my appointments when they have other work in my area to save me travel time costs. I am 68 years old and the house is half my age. Why would I want to spend an additional 3 grand just to get the same thing? Hey, I sold used cars to Eskimos at one time. The HVAC business is no different. You need to look over your shoulder. Stinson was fair and honest. That quality is hard to find these days.
Description of Work: Service and repairs on a heat pump they installed over 22 years ago. Last call replaced fan motor, capacitor & topped off freon.
