It was such a pleasure to work with Susan and see her advice 'come to life' as we implemented her house renovations. Susan is knowledgeable about her work and can clearly communicate her vision with clients. The process was seamless and stress free for me! She is incredibly patient, responsive, and generous with her time. Whether it was to do a home walk through or pick out paint colors, Susan was always available to answer my questions and put 'me' first. We could not be more pleased with the final product and the experience we had with Sk Interiors. This was our first remodeling project and after spending too much time on the internet, remodeling magazines, and stores we decided we needed advice from a real person. Sk Interiors was recommended to us. The owner, Susan Kuehhas, listened and cared about what we wanted to accomplish from Day 1. The plan we came up was sensitive to our budget and she introduced us up front to key people she usually collaborates with, including Daniel of XPR. The design/construction chemistry was obvious and resulted in a very smooth project. We were especially impressed with Susan's experience with local options for cabinets, countertops, tiling, appliances, and other items. Because she knew the best places to go and the key people to work with we were able to efficiently make our choices and decisions. Perhaps Susan's best attribute is that at no time did we feel that she was making decisions for us. We always felt we were in control of the project and could steer it any way we wanted. Because of her professionalism and experience and the fact her advice was grounded in a knowledge of what works best, her guidance resulted in a successful kitchen remodel project that we are very happy with.

SK Interiors is the best; I will always use them for anything I need here in my home. Susan is responsive, reliable, reasonably priced, and best of all "gets" my taste / style and works with it easily. I have worked with her for many years with many, many projects. I had an empty living room for 7 years because I couldn't decide how to start or what I wanted it to look like. Susan had it done within a month, floor to ceiling and I've had raves ever since. When my dad needed to move in with me due to Alzheimer's, she turned our basement playroom and exercise room into an independent apartment that mirrored his former home in color and style to make him most comfortable; it is gorgeous and she knew all the things necessary for his and his caregiver's needs to come. My kitchen remodel was several years ago and I continue to love how it came out. My bathroom remodel was just finished and I am beyond thrilled. Her work has made my home beautiful, a joy to be in, and has increased it's value as well. I cannot give a higher recommendation.

The project was a tremendous success! Our kitchen is beautiful! Susan is by far the best person we have ever used for a project in our home - her professionalism, expertise, patience, and determination to "get it right" is unmatched. We have referred Susan to more than six friends in just over a year because we were so pleased with her work. We will not hesitate to use Susan again - she will lead all future renovation projects in our home!

Susan was a pleasure to work with over the three-month period when we were renovating our kitchen and powder room. This was our first renovation, and her guidance and resources (both local businesses and on-line sites) were invaluable. The contract we signed with SK Interiors did not specify a number of hours; rather, Susan continued to work with us until every item had been selected and we were satisfied. This included at least five half days of visiting showrooms together, as well as numerous e-mails, phone calls, and texts. When Susan accompanied us to local businesses to compare and select granite, backsplash tiles, and other items, she knew the managers and exactly where to find specific items. This saved us an enormous amount of time. Finding a piece of granite to go with the green paint in our kitchen was a particular challenge. We must have visited (and revisited) at least four marble and granite showrooms with Susan before we found the perfect match. Susan was always punctual, patient, and optimistic. She obviously enjoyed her work and appeared to take as much pleasure in redecorating our kitchen and powder room as we did!

Susan was awesome. Taking on a major renovation is not easy. We have four kids and we're moving to a new area. She was organized and had a list of trusted vendors that made it easy to select things like tile and cabinets. She listened to what we wanted and helped us make good decisions. She also helped us plan our room layouts, pick new lighting, and select and purchase new furniture. She never pressured us into buying anything we didn't want and selected reasonably priced quality items. Although the kitchen is done we are still using her to help continue decorating our house. I really can't say enough about her. She is fantastic!!

Susan is absolutely outstanding. We undertook a relatively major project with high expectations and those expectations were fulfilled. We are delighted with Susan?s designs and the work that was done to implement them. Although we started with some relatively strong likes and dislikes, we had a lot to learn and looked to Susan for guidance. She guided us into make the right choices without being pushy or judging our preferences. She always listened to what we wanted, and made positive suggestions. She is amazingly expert in knowing her craft! Her knowledge of materials, fixtures, colors, textures, hardware and everything else that is required for producing outstanding designs. She also went the extra mile to find the best, high quality vendors and she handled all the headaches associated with ordering and scheduling. She also brought with her an outstanding team to work on our projects. Xtreme Painting & Remodeling is highly profession and did beautiful work. Daniel is highly profession and customer oriented. He and his crew were quite willing to work with us to customize the job as it went along, and finished all of their work on time. Once the crew came to our house, they did not leave until the job was finished. It?s great having a dedicated crew that is fully engaged in the project. We recommend Susan without reservation. She is a talented, personable designer. The next time we have a remodeling project there is no doubt who we will call.

Everything worked out beautifully. The contractors that Susan works with are all outstanding! And her follow-up is great! I still call her with questions about my appliances or who to call for repairs. She is also super fun to work with. There is not a day that I don't walk into my house and think what a good job she did. I would definitely call her any time I needed anything done and can recommend her without condition!

The project was done to the clients absolute satisfaction. The paint colors suggested are very current; many Buyers have commented to me at how on “on trend” they are. All the suggestions that were made regarding staging were brilliant, and really highlighted the best parts every room in a 6,000+ square foot house. The contractors she brought in to do painting, replacements and repairs were very professional and the Seller was very pleased.
