 + 5 moreEverything ran smoothly and turned out beautifully. Attention to detail was there and the work was overbuilt in some aspects. The owner, Roger Sprigg, is very meticulous. I doubt the framing was 1/8" out of square. He kept his word and the schedule every step of the way. He wasn't the lowest bidder I got for the job but wasn't the highest either. When it comes to construction you get what you pay for. I'm happy to have it done right the first time with no worries.
Description of Work: Built an additional bedroom, bath, and some decking. He's also done additional work since then. They are the only one I'll call, large jobs or small.
