+ 1 moreGreat. On time and cost. No problems. Very good workmanship. You can not tell from either the outside of the inside where the window used to be.
Description of Work: Replaced windows and doors. Also removed a window and rebuilt the inside and outside walls.

Description of Work: Seeterlin Construction has done two jobs for us. They have replaced windows and have also done exterior repairs.Workmanship is absolutely superb. Work is done on time and on cost estimate. If you need high quality work you can depend on, use this company.

+ 0 moreIn the past few years I have used Seeterlin Construction to remodel a 60 year old kitchen, replace a water damaged ceiling,and install crown molding.He is the most ethical and honest person I know. As far as I am concerned he is the best contractor around. He does use subcontractors at times, but he only uses the best. It is easy to get in touch with him. He is prompt to return calls and immediately handles any issue- no matter how minor. As far as I am concerned Seeterlin Construction is the best contractor in the area.
Description of Work: Don repaired a rotten flooring section in my bathroom. I increased the scope of the work to include replacing all of the flooring and replace the vanity. He was always on time and when he used a sub,he always is there to tabs on them. He will not cut corners to make an early completion- he just makes sure it is done RIGHT.

+ 7 moreDon and his crew willingly accommodated our schedule and worked very hard to begin and end on time. The demolition was fast and careful, then his subs came on time to reroute plumbing and electric. When we walked through after the electrician had finished, we realized that we needed one more receptacle added, which Don quickly had installed. Walls and ceilings were then repaired and prepped. As soon as the cabinets arrived, they were installed, although one end cabinet was rotated 90 degrees from the design plans, but after a phone call to Don it was reinstalled correctly the next day. Don's painters came on time initially, but needed several reminders to finish the work. We had naively scheduled a party for 3 weeks after the demolition began, and Don and his subs worked VERY hard to meet our deadline. It was 90% complete (good enough for this type of party) by the deadline, and the delay was not due to any of his subs. We were done using our "temporary kitchen" in 3 weeks, and EVERYTHING was done 5 weeks from the beginning. For a complete kitchen remodel, that's fast!
Description of Work: We completely gutted our kitchen and rebuilt within the same footprint. We also replaced 2 entry doors. Our cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances were purchased separately, while Seeterlin Construction did all the demolition, installation, carpentry, tiling, lighting, and detail work. Some of our 1940s house's wiring had to be upgraded to meet current codes, and we relocated the kitchen sink which required moving plumbing. The exterior doors were replaced with energy efficient doors. We also extended one wall and then added casing around the large opening to the dining room. Don chose casing to match the surrounding doorways' 1940s casing.

+ 3 moreDon and his subs were very professional, prompt, and responsive to all questions and suggestions. As is typical when working in an old house, wiring and plumbing issues arose when the plaster walls were opened, but Don worked diligently to fix all problems. We are now remodeling our kitchen and hope that he can do that job, too. Update: Don did a great job remodeling the kitchen!
Description of Work: We remodeled by demolishing our existing powder room, closet, and hallway to create a much-needed full bathroom in our 1944 four-bedroom 1&1/2 bath house. We even removed an unneeded, unused chimney that went from the basement through to the attic above the second floor. This gave us more floor space on the first floor and second floor.
