Description of Work: Owner of the company came to our house and inspected the foundation. A couple of days later he emailed me an estimate for needed repairs. We decided to have Xpert Foundations do the work and signed a contract with them. It took several months for the work to be done because the company had weather-related delays finishing other jobs. Our repairs were done over 4 days in August. We're satisfied with the work and I appreciate what I learned by talking with owner Luis, who personally supervised and worked on our job, which he said he did not often have time to do.

Description of Work: Excellent job! I needed foundation repairs and a drainage system to fix a flooding basement every time it rained.they also installed drainage system outside the house to keep rain from collecting near the foundation of the house. Their electrical professional spotted electrical work done incorrectly and rewired our home making it safe. I am having more electrical work done by Xpert in the future. If you are looking for an honest contractor that cares about the job there doing and you and your home call Luis at Xpert Foundation.

Description of Work: Xpert Foundations repaired a crack in basement wall.

Description of Work: We purchased the Big Deal for a basement crack repair. We read the fine print. It did NOT say this crack repair was "cosmetic only." When working with the scheduler, she stated that this is for a cosmetic repair only and is not for a water leak repair. You should READ the fine print on this deal. It even insinuates that due to water pipe breaks, cracks can occur! VERY misleading. They wanted to charge an additional $750 to complete the repair. I feel that this was very misleading, and therefore I am requesting a full refund.

Description of Work: I accepted the $149.00 repair that was offered. Their estimate was for $16,400 or more, which I can't afford at this time. Ram Jack gave a free analysis and while they didn't have a fix at present their analysis showed the foundation to be stable. If I lose the $149.00 I can afford to do that. The $16,400.00 or more is not possible at this time

Description of Work: i bought this deal for a friend who has a problem with his foundation that is leaking. it said on the fine print the they will repair the crack. but when i got the email from the company they said that it is only a "cosmetic repair" and if we are going to go with the actual repair it will cost around $750. this is 5 times more than we pay from the deal which is $149. but the company is easy to deal with.

Description of Work: I had a non-structural crack in the foundation of my home which they grouted |They had extra grout and actually repaired another small crack at no extra charge. |They were friendly and professional.
