Description of Work: We had Redlaw replace our main HVAC system in 2015. The service we receive and continue to receive with maintenance of the unit is exceptional!! Always on time. Always pleasant!!! I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Replaced the entire heating/cooling system on 2 story frame house 1500 sq. ft. Installed Lennox system, got me low interest financing, and completed the work in 2 days. Very satisfied.

+ -1 moreNothing. Came 4 times and charged each time yet never fixed problem. Ordered replacement part but when we called to have part installed, owner (Jim) was completely unprofessional and irate. He demanded a key to my home to replace the part which is located outside and refused to provide Saturday hours. He then started yelling and screaming at me. Go elsewhere. Their work is terrible and they are completely unprofessional.

+ -1 moreLast summer during the height of the heat wave, our old full-house air conditioner just gave up. In searching for a reputable company, we started with Angieslist but no one in our area of the Northern Neck was listed. By word of mouth and previous experience we narrowed the list to three and call each for an estimate. The people from Redlaw called within 24 hours, made an appointment and showed up on time to look at it and provide an estimate. From the estimates received, it was the middle price and we were provided an explanation of why the particular heat pump was recommended over a different one that was our preference. This was due to the current heating system setup. The company realized that we did not own any window units to help with the heat and made a point to accommodate as soon as the unit arrived. The workmen were courteous and appeared to be doing a good job. The best part was that the unit worked and the contract was completed as we agreed. There was a 6 week check-in with us and the unit has worked as expected since it was installed. We were satisfied and would recommend Redlaw Mechanical to our friends and neighbors.
Description of Work: Services: Replace the air conditioner with a heat pump and replace the under-house duct work.

+ 0 moreOn time, removed shoes when entering home, cleaned up mess, no loud noise or smoking in house, very professional and honest/reliable and I would use them again anytime I need this type of work.
Description of Work: Repaired ductwork in attic, installed vent fan to get rid of heat in attic so A/C unit could keep it cool. Replaced parts on compressor and inside unit on downstairs unit to get it working quietly and good.
