Description of Work: The boat lift did not have adequate electrical energy to operate. I had replaced a non-working GFI at the lift switch, which did not solve problem. David performed PD by replacing another GFI inside boat house and removed when it did not change symptoms. He continued to check back to the circuit breaker and replaced a single pole single throw switch. This solved the problem. David arrived on site after two hours of reporting the problem. He was very professional.
