King's Pressure Washing & Painting

Johnny showed up on time and did a commendable job of attempting to remove all of the smoke damage. However, he was not entirely successful due to the fact that we needed to run a hose several hundred feet from a neighbors, so the water pressure was not sufficient to do the job. We are pleased nonetheless.

This is the second time in 4 years Johnny King has pressure washed and stained the extensive decking and dock at my house. Both times he did a neat and complete job, on time. He masked areas to keep them clean as necessary. He was very helpful about moving furniture that was too heavy for my wife to help me with. The spray application got more stain onto the wood than brushing or rolling would have done. He also very neatly brushed railings that weren't practical for spraying. 4 years ago he also cleaned the siding of my house before I had it painted, using a chemical wash instead of pressure. The prep must have been good, because the paint job is still holding up very well. I highly recommend him. Also, the staining on the dock and decking he did then held up for 4 years and only needed renewing this year.

They did excellent work at a very fair price. They were meticulous, efficient, and on time both days. The painting was some of the best I've ever seen. I will definitely use them again and again.
