+ -1 moreThomas is great. He talks you through everything. He tells you what is wrong, why he thinks it has broken, and what needs to be done to fix it. He is efficient, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
Description of Work: Thomas repaired some work that was done improperly by another service provider. He fixed a leak on a bathroom toilet and fixed a leak on a sink. He repaired a shower door track and adjusted shower doors and replaced shower diverter faucet He also filled crack in garage floor with self-leveling caulk. He performed some "winterizing" tasks such as caulking around windows and installing sweeps on exterior doors. He cleaned roof and gutters.
