Description of Work: Professional Plumbing Solutions, Inc., epitomized customer service. I was provided a definitive appointment promptly and estimate of costs on the initial call for service. I was contacted if I was interested in an earlier service call. Matt and his apprentice called me as a courtesy they were on their way. They were prompt!! They provided options of service and costs. True professionals and cared that I am on a budget. Problem was resolved! They also provided a home inspection as a preventive measure!! Highly recommend to all!
