This might be some of the best service we have had for home repair and cleaning. Ronald Perry was on time, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. He made sure were were happy with the entire job and even went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. In a day that many contractors don't even return calls, New Again Restoration made the entire process easy to schedule and did the most amazing job to clean and transform our house. I highly recommend them for power washing needs. I liked them so much we are now going to have them wash and stain our deck. Would definitely hire them again.

Ronald Perry was punctual and efficient. This is my second time hiring his services. He also power washed my home for a reasonable costs.

Ron responded to my online inquiry immediately. He was here at the scheduled time and after introducing himself and verifying what I wanted done, he went right to work. When he was finished he requested I look over the house to be sure he had done the work to my satisfaction. He was polite and professional and I would hire him again and recommend him (in fact, I did and he did my neighbor's house and she was also very happy).

The the ability to do online scheduling and receive and emailed confirmation was fantastic. Mr. Perry showed up at the requested time and was very professional and did an excellent job. He even moved all of the chairs and tables to ensure every area was cleand. I highly recommend this company.

This is my 4th or 5th consecutive year of using New Again Restoration which is owned and operated by Mr. Ron Perry. His work is outstanding in every way and exceeds my expectations every year. He is prompt, thorough, conscientious, and friendly. I can't imagine hiring anyone else to power wash my home.

Ronald was wonderful to work with. Stain was delayed being delivered and he moved his schedule around to get the job completed. Deck, house, pool deck all look amazing and ready for the warmer weather!

Terrible! First it started by him acting as if he did me a favor for coming out and saying "You are lucky I don't charge you mileage" as if it was a surprise for him to know my address. Before he performed his work I presented him with the 10% Coupon he have on the website, he refused to honor it and said that I should have said so before the quote so he could have given me a different price, SERIUOSLY?!! He was totally clueless, I told him I'll bring all furniture inside he said no need to, yet he kept pushing the grill on the deck while painting so the casters damaged the paint that he argued that it wasn't his fault! Back and force he sanded the damage and repinated the areas so it turned from an hour job into 4 hours! His showed up both times, power washing and painting where a week a part, when he felt like! He would tell me I'll be there by 1:30 and he showed up at 11:00, then he said that he will be there at 12:00 and he showed up 10:00! Both times I wasn't home and the second time I came home from out of town at 6:00 AM so I had to change everything I was doing or get up with no sleep just because he decided to show up, I was very clear after the first time for him to show up on time the second time and of course it fell on deaf ears!

Excellent customer service! I had a large deck cleaned and re-stained. Ron was easy to work with and did a great job. Very prompt, attentive, and reasonably priced. He also included some smaller jobs in with the original price. Definitely satisfied with his work and will be using him again.

He was awesome- professional, friendly, hardworking. We ha some mildew that he removed and some staining on the roof as well.
