MULCH CO

They delivered the mulch on schedule. From there it went very badly. My only instruction was to put the mulch on the left side of the driveway. This was necessary because I have a non-running car on the left side of my garage, and my primary car is on the right. They delivered the mulch to the right side of my driveway, and so close to the garage door that I had no hope of getting my car out and around it. I live alone, so trying to push the non-running car out of my driveway to make room was out of the question, because there would be no one to stop the car if it started to roll into the street. Therefore, I was trapped in my house. To make matters worse, they delivered the mulch on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. I called them and left voicemails immediately and on the next day, and never received a return call. In my voicemails, I clearly explained the situation and that I needed my car for Memorial Day weekend travel. No response. I did my best to spread mulch over the weekend, since I obviously had to cancel my travel plans. I was able to clear enough of it away to try to get my car out of the garage- after making about a 17 point turn. I got my car out, so that I could get to a doctors appointment. However, I bumped into my garage door sensor, and knocked it out of whack. Now my garage door will not close. Needless to say, I am absolutely furious. It has been over a week and they still have not returned my calls.

They showed up on time, greeted me, and began working. They were quick, cleaned up well, and did a great job.
