Work performed is satisfactory, however, their rates have risen some 30%, and, I do not need to have the work done every 4 or 5 wks. Therefore, I'll seek another cleaner for less frequent cleaning.

We are very happy with the ladies that come and clean our home every two weeks. The ladies are friendly, courteous, and on time. It is so nice to have our home clean and fresh feeling. We couldn't be happier with Layla's Maid Service.

Needed a one-time deep cleaning of the whole house. Layla came out and walked through the house, went over all our expectations and problem areas, and gave me a estimated price. Decided to try them out and scheduled a cleaning. Two ladies showed up as scheduled and spent almost four hours scrubbing and cleaning everything discussed. It was exactly what we needed at the right price.

This company does a great service. We have use them for almost 2 years now on a biweekly basis and they do a great job. They clean my kitchen clean out my microwave clean my stove top, refrigerator floors, cabinets counters and sink. They do a wonderful job throughout the whole house, including my mind room. They are very professional, and trustworthy. Always on time. We have recently moved to a new house. We used Layla's maids for our move out cleaning. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable rate. We have been consistently happy with our service and will continue to lose them on a biweekly basis.

They've been cleaning for me for a few years. There are two separate crews (2 each) who come and no matter which group is sent, I know my house will be amazing when they're done. Standard includes: Wiping blinds, mop wooden floors, vacuuming, wipe baseboards/chairrails/wainscoting... it all gets done. They really are incredible and I am so glad that I found this company!

They do such a thorough job and we haven't had any issues. They come and do the work and the house always looks and smells amazing when they're done and my clothes are always folded neatly and separated by kid and adult as well as male vs female. We love it.

Before I started using Layla's Maid Service I would spend every evening tidying up after my four kids and husband and then the entire weekend attempting to do the deep cleaning that is always needed. With Layla's maids cleaning regularly I can enjoy my family and house again. I have been consistently in awe of what the ladies are able to accomplish in just 2 hours. Layla's Maid Service, LLC is an excellent house cleaning company. This is the only company I have found that cleans my house the way I clean it! I would highly recommend them. Staff is thorough, accommodating and very friendly.

The cleaning was well done. The kitchen was all shined up, with the cooktop and microwave being immaculate. The floors were spotless and countertops and sink were shining. Bathrooms were also spotless, with shining fixtures and clear mirrors. All living areas were well vacuumed and dusted. Layla has now been cleaning my house for several years and whenever there is any question or concern I have, she has been most responsive and accommodating.

They did an excellent job. The kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and small and large stainless steel appliances were cleaned with green products. The bathrooms were spotless. Everything in the bedrooms and basement were dusted and floors were vacuumed. The extensive hardwood floors on the main level of our home were vacuumed and damp mopped. The home was spotless.

I have been using Layla's Maid Service for over a year and am very happy. The service is very reliable and I trust them completely in my home. The extra "touches" are my favorite... my hand towels and toilet paper are folded in fancy ways, my furniture has vaccuum lines that I love, and my pillows are always arranged differently! The ladies do a great job and I love coming home after I know they've been there!

Communication is great! Very punctual and if runing late I am contacted. The cleaning women are clean, neat, trustworthy and very thorough. My house not only is clean it smells clean. A follow up phone call, by Layla, in the next day or two if anything that was missed by the ladies or any other questions the client may have. I highly recommend this personalized cleaning company.

Layla and her team have cleaned our house for several years, and every time I've come home to a sparkling house. She was always willing to work around any schedule conflicts and issues that arose and was easily reachable by phone and text. While I love the fresh smell of the house and clean baseboards, My favorite service is changing the sheets. I would recommend her team as a good home maintenance and personal sanity plan.

We spoke with Layla and she came out and looked over our house (we have three kids, two cats, a beagle and a parrot; our house generally looks like something out of a WW2 movie). We are looking for someone to come out weekly. The cleaners were here on time, and did an OUTSTANDING job. The house looks fantastic, they worked quickly, were able to work around my carcass (I took the day off from work, and was just laying on the couch watching ESPN) withi it a hiccup and did it all at a rate that is...nothing short of extraodinary. They did 4 bathrooms, all the hardwoods, all the vaccuming, all the stainless steel appliances and the counter tops and the windows and skins and everything - a 5000 Sq foot house - in just under four hours. Not only would I recommend Layla and her team to my closest friends and family, but we will be using her, weekly, going forward. Again, an absolutely outstanding job. Thank you so much, Layla!
