Description of Work: Installed kitchen floor tile. Glue oozed around each tile and couldn't be cleaned. I had to replace the floor myself. He was to fix leaks around chimney. Paid but never fixed. I had to pay someone else.

+ -1 moreWhen I checked his work, he had left the exhaust fan to vent into the attic and it was facing the wrong way. I asked my plumber to check his work in the crawl space for the dryer vent. Sure enough, he left it to blow moist hot dryer air into my crawl space, a sure recipe for MOLD. I highly advise against using this provider.
Description of Work: He was supposed to do two jobs in an unoccupied rental property: 1) Go into a crawl space and connect a dryer vent. 2) Replace a bathroom exhaust fan.
