Description of Work: They did my fall maintenance and replaced the humidifier filter (24.30). They were very professional but also very nice. I signed up for a yearly maintenance program (152.00).

Description of Work: They replaced our hvac unit and also put in a tankless water heater. Have used them for several years. Very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I called CMR to check out my heat pump. I believed that I was having some issues with it.

Description of Work: On 15 July I arrived home from work to find it was 83 degrees in my home. My compressor had tripped the breaker and continued doing so. I called CMR and Jessica was able to get me in the appt. book for the next day. The guys showed up only a couple of minutes late but called 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were running behind. Once they arrived they asked what the symptoms were and quickly diagnosed the problem. Of course my biggest fear was that a new condenser would be required. He told me that my compressor was pulling too much power and thus tripping the breaker. Then he gave me the low down on what a new compressor would cost. Then came the but, he had an idea to install some kind of jumper to prevent the power drag. We tried his idea, it worked. They performed the work very quickly and my A/C is working like a charm since. I am very pleased CMR didn't take this as an opportunity to make a money grab and tell me I had to have a new compressor. That was a very smart business decision, they have my trust and as a customer from now on.

Description of Work: We were getting an estimate to get our AC repaired. They were quite high on the estimate and were even higher on their quote for a new system. They came out immediately the first time when called but weren't very punctual the second time. They were nice enough people but out of the five different companies I had quote me on a system, they were the least professional. I was treated more like one of the boys than a potential customer.

Description of Work: I have used CMR Heating and Air over the past three and a half year. I have a yearly contract with them and I have also had work done by them.
