Description of Work: I had a big apartment building that needed 27 windows and Richard from ART contracting replaced all new windows. They are great quality and he is just a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The work was performed in a timely manner. No issues regarding the renovation. The cost of the job was very reasonable and quality of material was used. No call backs!!
Description of Work: Our renovation was done by Richard Headley of ART Contracting to include new siding, window replacement and fascia and soffit wrapping. We also had him supply and install new storm doors. Richard not only owns ART Contracting, but also leads the crew in the application of the work. He was on site every day, working and supervising the other craftsmen which is what I really liked about the work that was done. I found the work to be of superior quality. I say this as I am in the construction industry and know quality when I see it. I would give him my highest recommendation. Once the job was done, my neighbor called and asked for a recommendation on his work and pricing. As it turns out, ART Contracting, also replaced her windows.

+ -1 moreExcellent to work with. His quote was fair and better than everyone else we had quote the job. He explained exactly what to expect with installation. He was flexible with scheduling around our schedules. He communicated well, was very responsive, and was on time. He and his entire crew were friendly, professional, and polite. They did an excellent job cleaning up. The windows are beautiful! I would definitely hire him again!
