They arrived on time to provide an estimate. I had two other estimates, and Booth's was the lowest. They asked where the septic tank was located to avoid damaging the septic system. The work was completed within a week. The work was completed as agreed to. Branches, twigs, and leaves were removed, and the are was clean and neat.
Description of Work: Removed large branches over house and took down some large trees.

I called on Monday morning 09/09/2013 for an estimate on a landscaping feature for my home. I was promised a call back in 24 hours. Tuesday came and went, Wednesday came and went, Thursday came and went, on Friday morning 09/13/2013 I called back and was told, "Good news, I see him across the street, I'll have him call you in a few minutes." It is now Monday 09/16/2013 and I am still waiting for a call. Much less an estimate.
