"Details in story below but Bottom line: Terry is a pro. He showed up, on time, looked at what we needed and got to work building a sturdy set of steps for my mom’s garage. We had been trying to get the stairs done for around 2 months and the other guy kept not showing up and/or showing up and working for 10 minutes and then leaving, he seemed to be the unluckiest dude ever.
