Drywall Errors: Applied excessive mud, causing cracking. Unnecessary Work: Filled holes I didn’t request and didn’t paint over them. Poor Preparation: Neglected taping, causing splatters and spilled stains on my stairs. Tool Incompetence: Struggled with a circular saw, cutting carpet and trim incorrectly. General Negligence: He unplugged my freezer, causing the loss of 50 lbs of food. Missed Deadlines: Worked slowly, missing deadlines and causing significant losses. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need.
